Le sorgenti In Firenze

Had the taste for Asian food while in Florence and found this place. I was NOT disappointed. I had the sweet & sour chicken, beef, vegetable fried rice, and special fried rice. All of them were delicious. The sweet and sour chicken was lightly fried, crispy on the outside tender on the inside but not too breaded. I enjoyed the special fried rice (the darker one) more than the veggie but both were still very tasty. Excellent food!

It's not Jjambbong. The Gongsimchae was so-so, and the fried rice and chicken were delicious.

Fried rice... Someone said they ordered another one in the review, so I added it too... Seriously, Gaejonmattaenguri. And since the price is cheap, the portion size may seem a bit small, but please order a variety of things. It's just my opinion, but it looks like the chef here worked in Korea. Typical Korean sweet and sour pork (pineapple sauce with a little bit of ketchup), Jjamppong with red pepper oil (but not as good as Korean Jjambbong, but the taste is so-so), fried rice (crazy, just crazy, delicious to eat on its own), mapo tofu (sour sour, but Casa next door) Like at a Chinese restaurant, the yam (the yam in malatang) is not chewy like sand, and the taste is so-so), and the fried rice is really more spicy than most Korean Chinese restaurants. And I think I can say that it can be comforting to those looking for Korean food in Italy. I want to go back even just for the fried rice... I've been to other Chinese restaurants, but I think this one is the best (3 places near Gramvaza).

The shrimp fried rice is really, really delicious!! It comes out stir-fried and savory, so it's the best 👍👍 If you say jjambbong, the owner will understand right away, but if you want it spicy, I recommend a medium level of spiciness!

The menu for 2 people is not that.

Per noi il miglior ristorante di cucina cinese di Firenze e Prato. Personale gentile, prezzi onestissimi e la titolare molto attenta ai clienti. Avevamo lasciato 2 portate perche fanno porzioni veramente abbondanti ed e venuta ad assicurarsi che il pranzo fosse andato bene. Tappa fissa quando siamo a Firenze!!!

Piatti buonissimi e molto abbondanti. Personale cortese ma lento.. sicuramente se ho occasione ci tornerei molto volentieri Consiglio gli udon
