If you’re looking for authentic Genovese cuisine with an amazing atmosphere and the nicest owners/chefs/bakers/servers (because they do it all), this is the place! Helps to know Italian- we don’t know much- but we bumbled through with our Spanish and the owners were gracious and patient. With 20 years in business, they know their cuisine and what goes well together and which wines to pair. Not a meal to be rushed but savored and enjoyed- the way a meal should be. Tuck the phone away- unless you need translation help- and enjoy!!

We ate divine fish! We had the opportunity to taste typical dishes of the Genoese tradition such as cappon magro; octopus with artichokes and stewed octopus simply delicious!
All this accompanied by the exquisite courtesy of the owner and the staff.
When we return to Genoa it will be a fixed destination!

Everything perfect. The food is excellent, the prices are right, the service is attentive.
It's not a particularly refined restaurant but, unless you're more interested in the container than the contents, it's definitely the place to go. And then the parking, something not to be underestimated in Genoa, can be found quite close and without going too crazy

Today we had dinner at the restaurant, we really liked the treatment we received, they advised us on the typical dishes to choose from Genoa, also a craft beer from Genoa and they gave us an Amareto liqueur made by them. Recommended restaurant if you are in Genoa.

Tornati alle mitiche "Scuderie" ormai nostro riferimento da anni,che diciamolo non deludono mai e riservano sempre il meglio per i clienti.Per l'occasione spaziamo da muscoli a cappon magro,da gnocchi di patate viola a ravioloni a risotto ,da filetto di ricciola a millefoglie di orata zucchine e patate ,da sacripantina a torta di mele e al cioccolato,da caffè ad amaro.Buona accoglienza gentilezza disponibilità e attenzione alla sala,ricco menu' sempre vario e innovativo,pulizia del locale (bagno compreso) e ambiente familiare.Aggiungerei che quando un team lavora così non si può fare altro che lodarlo e spronarlo per fare si che resti sempre al top .. ancora un grazie e alla prossima...
