Le Scuderie In Pisa

Very nice place, but in my opinion many things need improvement. I appreciated the pizza dough, but on the other hand I don't find the choice of only making pizza by the meter pleasant, and if there are two of you you are forced to take half a metre, obviously leaving something left over. Half a meter of pizza between two people means throwing away food, and food shouldn't be thrown away. It arrived very badly cut and seasoned a little so it comes in the end. Prices? I would say honest at least when it comes to pizza. Service? Waiters a little too present. Would I go back? Not even!! I would say that only the place deserves 5 stars, but if you do catering it's not enough to have a beautiful place.

The pizza at Scuderie is so good it's addictive!!! Our favorite flavor is the Sicilian.... an apotheosis!! If you are more than two or three people, a meter of pizza is better (up to three flavors of your choice), otherwise half a meter is enough (two flavors max)... and then if you are always hungry, you can get another one! All the other dishes are equally good, and the portions are generous, from pasta with tomato sauce (they also make half portions, for example for children), to tagliolini with lobster and cherry tomato sauce (truly the best!). Then there are the desserts! Typical desserts from Campania! The products arrive directly from down there more or less every day with the courier, the desserts, the mussels, the provola... And this helps to make the difference, in addition of course to the courtesy of the staff, who makes you feel at home ❤️

Le Scuderie serves the best pizza ever. Lovely staff. We came early as didn't want to miss out but was quiet when we arrived. Soon started to fill up with families and couples. Very friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be back before we return home, though we may just have to have half a metre of pizza next time (a metre of pizza is a LOT of Pizza) Just an update really. We have been back twice more since our first visit and le Scuderie has delivered on every visit. Fantastico!!!!!

Always very good pizza, well stuffed at a great price. The only flaw is the service, very quick and not very attentive, although understandable given the amount of people present on the weekend. Desserts are also recommended. Overall, however, it is a place I like to return to, especially in company.

Excellent for an informal lunch or dinner with friends, good value for money, I would even say cheap. The rooms are very spacious, they are a bit echoey so it can be a bit chaotic

Mancavo da questa pizzeria da 10 anni e praticamente la qualità è sempre quella... il top... locale ampio e accogliente... la vera pizza napoletana, chi non la gradisce, significa semplicemente che non apprezza la vera pizza napoletana... dessert squisito direttamente da pasticceria napoletana... limoncello buonissimo preparato da loro... tutto ottimo...

Siamo ritornati dopo 20 anni. La pizza è rimasta la stessa. Scuderie e Pioppi davvero TOP come sempre. Il locale sarebbe da rinnovare, è fermo da 25anni. Servizio nell’ media e birre ottime nel menu. Ho rivissuto la mia vita all’università
