Le Scalelle is a stylish and well-kept restaurant, with a beautiful terrace overlooking Torre Vado and Marina di Pescoluse. Some dishes are very good with valuable intuitions, others are normal and could be improved, but overall it is definitely positive even if our expectations were higher. The prices are medium-high, the service is good and fast.

A truly positive experience Four of us dined at this restaurant on our first night in Puglia, and it was impeccable. Starting with the location, which was very pretty and had cool outdoor seating. The service was noteworthy: very kind, attentive, and professional, and they were able to guide us through our selection of dishes. As for the dishes, we each ordered a first course followed by shared second courses and side dishes. Each dish was the expression of a thorough research into the ingredients and flavor combinations; we couldn't find a flaw. The price was absolutely fair for what we ordered, and we appreciated the complimentary coffees and liqueurs. We sincerely congratulate you, and we hope to visit you again soon. Thank you!

The food is good and of a decent standard. The terrace, however, is very hot and could use a ceiling fan. A bit pricey overall.

A pleasant discovery. Extremely friendly staff, polite and courteous waiters. Stefano, in particular, treated us wonderfully, making us feel at home and pampered. We ate on the well-ventilated terrace overlooking the sea. The restaurant is refined and well-maintained. The dishes are beautifully presented and tasty, with attention to detail. They are ready to accommodate every guest's need. The prices are medium-high, but the quality/price ratio is fair. I highly recommend this restaurant as a must-visit.
