It may seem like a fun review but it's the first time I've been there (I'm from Milan).
The dishes are exceptional, the taste is simple but delicious! The 2 waiters who served us were extremely professional and accommodating, the seriousness was interrupted for a moment by a pleasant joke from a waiter which, said at the right time, was extremely welcome!
Last but not least the location which from the outside did not seem special and instead also proved to be above expectations, being on top of a hill, we enjoyed a splendid view of the sunset without anything obstructing the view.
It was me and my girlfriends, 3 courses each plus wine and dessert €170, bitters offered.
I recommend it to everyone!

Small menu but with dishes of excellent quality and quantity. Very kind and attentive service, very welcoming and well furnished environment. Prices a little high, but you leave satisfied. Recommend for dinner.

We had dinner in this beautiful restaurant for 2 evenings given the goodness, freshness of the dishes and kindness of the staff. I recommend this restaurant for celiacs as the staff is attentive to allergies and has extensive gluten-free options (also regarding typical desserts), they also bring a portion of nutrifree sliced bread to the table. I would like to thank the staff again for the pleasant dinner and their friendliness!

We ate here a couple of times for dinner during our stay in Salento. We had a really good time, the staff were courteous and very friendly, attentive to customer needs, and the food was excellent (the mussel sauté as a starter is highly recommended). There was a person with celiac disease at the table, and the staff was truly attentive and attentive to his needs. Also recommended for those allergic and intolerant to gluten.
