Incredibly friendly and service-oriented staff, very keen to ensure we had a good experience. The food was very good, but on the more expensive side and (compared to other restaurants in the area) small portions. However, the taste was incredible, and outweighed the quantity of food.

Excellent dinner!
The veal ribs melted in your mouth, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The creamy scampi casseroles were simply extraordinary: delicate, creamy, unforgettable.
The staff were extremely kind and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. A restaurant that leaves you smiling.

Excellent restaurant with breathtaking panoramic sea views. The prices are higher than average in Salento, but the quality of the ingredients is top-notch. We were also amazed by the plating and decoration, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant (but here the portions are just right). The service was impeccable (we were happy to find cloth napkins). The staff was helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back!
We recommend combining your visit to the restaurant with a boat trip to discover the caves between the Ionian and Adriatic seas, departing and returning in half a day from the small port of Torre Vado.

Le Scalelle is a stylish and well-kept restaurant, with a beautiful terrace overlooking Torre Vado and Marina di Pescoluse. Some dishes are very good with valuable intuitions, others are normal and could be improved, but overall it is definitely positive even if our expectations were higher. The prices are medium-high, the service is good and fast.

We went to Le Scalelle for dinner. The place is very quiet and well-kept, the staff is kind and professional. The food was delicious, with excellent presentation and authentic flavors. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
