I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere of this restaurant. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the dishes were carefully prepared and tasty. A truly excellent culinary experience, I will definitely return.

A real discovery! This bistro in the center of Lecce is a real gem: welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service and, above all, dishes that are surprising in quality and originality. Each course is taken care of down to the smallest details, with very fresh ingredients and creative but balanced combinations. You can feel the chef's passion in every bite. From appetizer to dessert, everything was simply perfect. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for cuisine that knows how to excite. Congratulations to all the staff!

Every dish was a discovery: balanced flavors, quality ingredients and impeccable aesthetics. You can clearly feel the passion that the chef puts into each course, both in taste and presentation. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and competent. You can see the care and love that all the staff puts into their work, creating an experience that goes far beyond a simple dinner. Highly recommended for those looking for high-level cuisine in an authentic and welcoming context. I will definitely be back!

Sono stato da Soffio durante un convegno a Lecce e ne sono rimasto entusiasta. Il cibo è semplicemente eccezionale: ogni piatto è curato nei minimi dettagli, con ingredienti freschissimi e abbinamenti creativi. Si sente la passione in cucina e l’attenzione al cliente in sala. Il personale è gentile, professionale e disponibile a raccontare ogni piatto con competenza e sorriso. L’ambiente è elegante ma accogliente, perfetto per una cena rilassata o una serata speciale. Un ristorante che consiglio vivamente a chi vuole gustare qualcosa di davvero unico a Lecce. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Posizione nel centro storico di Lecce veramente agevole, camera ampia con tutti i comfort, disponibilità ad esaudire ogni richiesta dell'ospite, prima colazione ottima e cucina del ristorante veramente squisita e di alta professionalità professionale e veramente squisita. Esperienza, se possibile, da ripetere.

11/08/2025: I spent a pleasant evening at this restaurant on Corso Roma, right in the center of Gallipoli. The atmosphere is modern, understated, and not at all noisy. I chose to sit on the terrace and enjoyed excellent pizzas, definitely among the best I've ever eaten. I recommend the Neapolitan-style ones, but you can also choose the thin, crispy ones. The service is provided by wonderful, attentive, and efficient young men and women. Compliments to all the staff.

Ristorante Corte del Fuoco

28/07/2025: A charming place in a small square in the old town. The owner is lovely, and she set us up at a table outside even though there were no more seats available. The dishes were delicious, as were the desserts.
26/07/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant on a scorching morning in late July. At midday, with temperatures 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit), the center of Galatina was practically deserted. We happened upon this restaurant, which looked very pretty from the outside, and we called to see if they had room for lunch. Although they officially open at 12:30, knowing we were outside in the scorching heat, they kindly opened the restaurant early. They seated us in the beautiful interior, with its authentic feel and rich vintage decor, and served us promptly. The dishes were all delicious, both meat and fish, and very carefully prepared. The dessert was also delicious. High-quality ingredients and a very fair price. We will never forget the kindness with which we were treated.
