This restaurant offers a wide selection of Piedmontese dishes and wines, complemented by a touch of Puglia. The half-portion menu is excellent. A more knowledgeable wine list would enhance the restaurant's appeal. Prices are average.

Piedmontese dinner for two! I've lived in Turin for years, and when I have guests over, I always enjoy introducing them to the challenging cuisine of Piedmont. My first visit to Osteria Le Putrelle was the mixed antipasto, which encapsulates the eccentric spirit of Savoy. The hearty and flavorful first courses, including revisited agnolotti, and the desserts with a French touch. We'll definitely be back. My compliments to the staff and the kitchen. :)

I came for lunch. The food was delicious. The waitress who served me was very polite and helpful. I don't know if they make it all the time, but the tripe ravioli was amazing.

Absolutely convincing dishes at this osteria in San Salvario. Plin pasta stuffed with tripe, perfect braised cheek, as well as excellent Val Varaita ravioli and hazelnut cake with zabaglione. Fast, friendly service, and great background music. We'll be back.

A welcoming trattoria with a touch of rustic elegance. Friendly staff and fast service. The presentation of the dishes was very pleasing, reminiscent of grandma's servings. The traditional Piedmontese cuisine was a mixed bag. The appetizer of peppers with bagna càuda was excellent, the other two were nothing special. The main course of guanciale with just three thin slices of potatoes was a bit lacking. However, I was able to sample the other diners' first courses: the game ragù with tajarin was simply wonderful, as was the mushroom ragù, which was also plentiful, as was the appetizer, the savory potato tarte tatin, which was truly exceptional. The dessert (tarte tatin), however, didn't convince me. In short, if I had to give an opinion, knowing Piedmontese cuisine well, the experience was mixed: there were some truly excellent dishes (tajarin with ragù, savory tarte tatin), but the starting portions and some of the dishes left something to be desired.

Beautiful little restaurant in the heart of San Salvario. The food is very good; I highly recommend the pasta, but I think everything is excellent. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is comfortable and very pleasant. I recommend making a reservation. Excellent! 5 stars.
