My partner, daughter, and I had dinner at this osteria. We found the dishes to be absolutely top-notch: we ordered Fassona beef tartare, veal with tuna sauce, Russian salad (truly expertly executed), and tongue with bagnetto sauce. The first courses of the day were exceptional. The desserts were equally fabulous: it's hard to find zabaglione this good! Exceptional value for money. We'll definitely be back and can't recommend this osteria highly enough. The service was prompt and very friendly!

My boyfriend and I came to eat in this wonderful restaurant where everything is good from the bread to the breadsticks. They rely on shops that supply excellent products from vegetables to meat for their raw materials. We had a great time. I recommend booking, otherwise don't eat. We will definitely be back.

A nice osteria, delightful staff, good food, excellent wine list, and average prices. Parking is impossible, but it's worth it for a lunch with friends.

A very nice place, simple but with excellent food, generous portions, and a lot of kindness. We recommend everything because we loved what we ordered (tajerin, plin, Fassona tartare, pork cheek, panettone, and bonnet)!

I've rarely left a restaurant in the city feeling so satisfied. The food is excellent: quality ingredients, well-prepared. The wine list is limited but offers interesting options—something outside the usual confines of traditional Piole restaurants.
I'm afraid to return because I don't want to ruin the memory of a first-class experience.

This restaurant offers a wide selection of Piedmontese dishes and wines, complemented by a touch of Puglia. The half-portion menu is excellent. A more knowledgeable wine list would enhance the restaurant's appeal. Prices are average.

Piedmontese dinner for two! I've lived in Turin for years, and when I have guests over, I always enjoy introducing them to the challenging cuisine of Piedmont. My first visit to Osteria Le Putrelle was the mixed antipasto, which encapsulates the eccentric spirit of Savoy. The hearty and flavorful first courses, including revisited agnolotti, and the desserts with a French touch. We'll definitely be back. My compliments to the staff and the kitchen. :)

I came for lunch. The food was delicious. The waitress who served me was very polite and helpful. I don't know if they make it all the time, but the tripe ravioli was amazing.

Absolutely convincing dishes at this osteria in San Salvario. Plin pasta stuffed with tripe, perfect braised cheek, as well as excellent Val Varaita ravioli and hazelnut cake with zabaglione. Fast, friendly service, and great background music. We'll be back.
