Beautiful little restaurant in the heart of San Salvario. The food is very good; I highly recommend the pasta, but I think everything is excellent. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is comfortable and very pleasant. I recommend making a reservation. Excellent! 5 stars.

We went without a reservation, so we weren't sure we'd get a table. When we walked in, they were trying to get us a table and they gave us a 15-minute wait. We said yes, and to make the wait more bearable, they offered us a glass of prosecco, a very thoughtful gesture. It was truly worth it. We ordered the dinner menu for 31 euros, which included a starter with a ton of typical Piedmontese dishes, all exquisite, and a main course of meat ravioli, which was spectacular. For dessert, we shared panna cotta and a kind of sponge cake (the menu included water, bread, and coffee). We had two glasses of house wine to wash it down, all for 72 euros, which we thought was excellent value. We left very happy, so we highly recommend it.

I found this osteria in the "Osteria d'Italia" guide, which always hits the spot! Indeed, this time too, I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, with friendly and welcoming service. Delicious food served on beautiful plates.

De la vraie cuisine Italienne locale ! Du goût, de la générosité et l'on est très bien accueilli même sans réservation, n'hésitez pas à pousser la porte !

30/08/2025: Wanting to try the entire menu, I'll definitely be back! The cakes, polenta, and grilled meats especially. A historic place, with a touch of innovation, deliciousness, and friendliness, all immersed in nature! The kitchen and dining room staff do an excellent job, coordinated by the manager Francesco, who makes you feel right at home! Even if the weather isn't good, the walk from both Sestriere and Borgata is worth it: the reward at the end is tempting!
26/08/2025: Fantastic experience at this beautiful refuge. The food was excellent and plentiful. We felt pampered in a family atmosphere. Must try.

16/10/2025: It's a restaurant where the food is excellent, the service is very fast, and the staff is very kind and attentive. It feels like home. I've been there twice and will go back.
16/10/2025: Had a meal last Sunday; we've been a couple of times already; everything was very good: the crostini with sautéed porcini mushrooms, the tartare with mushrooms, and the tagliolini with mushrooms, but once again, the fried mushrooms were a huge disappointment: small, burnt pieces. What a shame! The price was too high; two areas for improvement, in my opinion. I recommend it, though.
