We had a pleasant and peaceful stay, just as we'd hoped. The interior design was modern, and the room was clean with its own terrace, although admittedly not well-maintained, even considering it was winter. We appreciated the kindness of the bar/breakfast staff and the great affability and professionalism of the receptionist Giuseppe, whom we thank again warmly. The only negative aspect of our experience here was the spa staff: even though we had booked, there was no one at the desk, and we were confused about what to do for a quarter of an hour. Then a brunette girl showed up, didn't return my greeting, and immediately dismissed me, saying she was busy. When we finally entered, another girl explained the spa so quickly and in such an annoyed manner that none of the couples there understood anything. In short, I would return to the hotel, but the spa service was honestly a no-no.

I spent a relaxing weekend at this property in February 26th and found everything perfect. The rooms, the cleanliness, the service (the waiter Franco was very kind and always available, and a real gift for the gab), and the excellent strategic location, close to everything yet far from the hustle and bustle, make for a truly relaxing experience. The spa was beautiful, where I also had a phenomenal hot stone massage. Kudos to Claudia, she was brilliant.

Everything was wonderful: clean, cozy, and delicious. I'd especially like to mention the service; the staff was simply amazing. We'll be back in a heartbeat.

A day of pure relaxation at the Pietre Nere Resort and Spa! The spa experience was a unique one, complemented by a truly relaxing couples massage and an exceptional lunch at the gourmet restaurant. The staff was kind and professional, taking great care of us. If you're looking for a place to recharge, this is the ideal place!

A very beautiful resort, located in the beautiful Cava d'Ispica area. The property is modern and equipped with every comfort. Lunch at the restaurant was magnificent; the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The dishes, both the first and second courses, were delicious. Compliments to the property and the chef.

I've been twice and will return again. Excellent hospitality, and the wellness center is top-notch. The price is reasonable for the services they offer.

The structure is cared for down to the smallest details, but what distinguishes this structure from others is the very professional staff who know how to take care of you in every way.

The reception and dining room staff were kind and helpful, truly professional. The restaurant offers an excellent gourmet menu. The breakfast was incredibly varied, with a fantastic dessert buffet. The room was beautiful, large, comfortable, and clean. The only downside to our stay was the spa, which was small for the number of guests and sparsely staffed.
