My experience is personal, so it's just an opinion. The place is nice.
Let's just say the rib eye steak (€90) was tough for my wife and I, but maybe we're not used to eating this particular type of meat.
The first courses (pici and tagliatelle) were good.
The table service was good.
The service at the entrance/reception was terrible because the parking attendant, to make some kind of profit, made me take my car back and park 10 cm closer to the fence.

A very nice event, well-organized, and super clean.
The restaurant is a real highlight! The staff is made up of very kind and attentive young people.
The food and wine were excellent! Recommended for a relaxing weekend near the Rapallo spas, Montepulciano, and Arezzo.

We stayed overnight in the Airbnb on this property, enjoyed dinner on site at their restaurant and joined the cooking class the following day. Without a doubt, this was an absolute highlight of our stay in Tuscany. Every morsel from breakfast to the cooking class to the dinner meal was perfection. If you want an eyes-rolling-to-the-back-of-your-head experience, please stay here, eat here and Enjoy.
