Restaurant reachable in a short time from the main road. Well looked after and young and courteous staff. Few dishes but local and well executed. The only negative note upon our arrival was that the place was cold having visited it in the middle of winter.

Abbiamo cenato con la mia famiglia la sera del 31, location molto curata , servizio eccellente, ragazzi giovani in sala molto preparati, cibo ottimo. Buona anche la scelta dei vini , è stata una piacevole serata, esperienza super positiva, consigliato.

Amazing food with great atmosphere Dined at dinner and went out to see the beautiful night sky filled with stars many times service was slower than expected but granted it was a one man show serving multiple tables insanely good saffron infused honey, we ended up buying 2 bottles to bring back home overall amazing experience

La location e’ incantevole e tutto e’ ben curato nei minimi particolari. Il personale è accogliente, preparato e gentile. Menu vario e interessante. La qualità dei piatti e’ buonissima. Peccato per l’errore della zuppa di cipolle, la prossima volta un po di attenzione in più. Ottimi i dolci

Very nice place 🤩 very good food, but the place where the restaurant is located is a little out of the way. However, even if I can't I would put ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ten starseeee!!!!!!!

After a navigation error we came across this place. It was the best mistake we could have made! The beef tartare with few eggs and truffle EXCELLENT! Broccoli croquettes with scamorza and celery mayonnaise SPACE! Pumpkin tortelli and apple mustard A BOMB! Tagliolini with broccoli, anchovies and pecorino SO MUCH STUFF! Pici with beef ragù A TRUE DELIGHT! And finally the tiramisu VERY VERY GOOD!!! Congratulations indeed!

We had dinner on the advice of the owner of Castello where we were staying. A wonderful restaurant, top 10 food and super professional and friendly. Without a doubt to repeat.

20/01/2025: A pleasant stop in Colle Val D'Elsa to have lunch and enjoy local food. The tavern is small and cannot accommodate more than 16/18 seats so it is advisable to book well in advance. The menu is not very rich in dishes but those available are truly of excellent quality. As far as wines are concerned, there is the possibility to choose between local and non-local ones. The price. Not very cheap but justified by the high quality raw material The times between one course and another are a little long but it's worth it as the dishes offered are really good. The innkeeper is very nice. Thank you for the nice experience in your place.

Unfortunately for those who decide to drink a beer instead of wine they have to settle for commercial beers without the possibility of tasting the many craft beers available in the area. The price. Not very cheap but justified by the high quality raw materials (the cold cuts and cheese platter is sublime). The kitchen is slightly in trouble when the place is full with the times between one course and another stretching out a bit too much. Well done Alessandro, you are a very nice host. Thank you for the nice experience in your place.
