I am quite picky about selecting a restaurant, yet this Antica Osteria Toscana is my best choice in Florence. I didn't make reservation, but when I arrived there, it was almost packed. I was lucky, because not long after, a bunch of people were queuing - waiting list. I had dinner, risotto - so far this is the best risotto I've ever had in Italy. It's a simple dish, yet very tasty! Keep up the good work.

A beautiful, small, and cozy restaurant. We had a very good meal there and, on the server's recommendation, enjoyed a delicious wine to match. Away from the tourist hotspots, you'll find excellent and authentic Tuscan cuisine and wines, a wonderful atmosphere, and superb service. Here, you sit among the Florentines and simply feel at home. ❤️

You really feel like you are in a typical Tuscan tavern. Staff available and always attentive to customer requests. Quality of raw materials. Excellent dinner. To try again and above all recommend. Well done!!

26/07/2025: Extremely good restaurant. I ate the best meat in my entire life here, it was tender, full of taste, overall just perfect. Would come again
25/07/2025: I tried papardelle with wild boar ragout - was nice. Crostini - they brought 4 bruschettas of the same type (chicken patè), not assorti. Home wine was a bit tough. I also ordered a bottle of water. They brought regular Aqua Panna 0.7 ml from a supermarket. I drank only half and wanted to take the rest of the bottle to drink on the way home, but they didn't allow even I paid! Isn't it weird? There was no water in the sink in the bathroom, I mean, are you kidding?))

24/07/2025: For a company dinner, excellent location, good food, drinks, and cool at sunset
20/07/2025: We stopped here as part of a ebike tour. All the food was delicious and very well presented. It was cool to see the wine cellar and see the barrels and concrete spaces that they make the wine in. If we had been ae to sit and overlook the hills and vineyard the atmosphere would have been better. The space next to the road wasn't terrible but the other side would have been better. The wine was good too.
