Le Noci In Gualdo cattaneo

03/08/2025: I chose this restaurant for a gluten-free dinner in Castiglione del Lago. We dined in the outdoor garden despite the strong wind and the threat of rain, but we were assigned a seat on the covered porch, so we had no problems. We chose all dishes from the AIC menu: two appetizers (king carp roe and zander salad) with two main courses (capitone skewer and porchetta-style carp). I found all the dishes very hearty, with a distinct, obviously seafood-inspired flavor. I really enjoyed the zander salad, which was very fresh and flavorful. I was less fond of the capitone skewer, which was stringy and too salty. We accompanied everything with a potato baked under the ashes. For drinks, we chose a glass of white Ascanio (highly recommended) and a glass of rosé. The service was attentive but not pushy. The bill was around €75 for everything I've listed.

03/08/2025: The staff are very friendly and attentive, the menu is extensive and offers a very good quality/price ratio, and the quantity of dishes is also very satisfying.
