If you are in a hurry this is definitely the right place. Starter, first course and second course in half an hour. The most annoying thing was the waitress who, while you were putting the fork in your mouth, came to see if she could take your plate away and she did this for the whole half hour we were there, she made us feel as if she wanted to send us away and yet it was 8.30pm... The food wasn't bad... The only positive note is the view...

Specifying that I have been going to Umbria for 6 years, at least 2 times a year, I discovered this restaurant only this year 2024, on the advice of a great friend from Rivotorto, my partner and I celebrated our 12th anniversary at the Mandrie, and what can I say? Excellent location on the Subasio side. The view and the sunset are unparalleled.
Very large room although it was possible to cook without pans and accessories.

It's there, and it's so good quality that even those who were with me, who have health problems with eating, appreciated it without any problem.
Do you want courtesy?
You will always have it.
Do you want a pleasant place, surrounded by nature but with a spectacular view?
You will have it, oh yes if you will have it: perhaps the best panoramic restaurant I have ever been to, certainly at the top of my personal ranking.
I'm just sorry I didn't stay overnight to appreciate that and the pool too.
