Le Malve In Parma

The cocktail, a Campari Spritz, was very good, well-measured, even if served in a rather unattractive glass, especially considering the area. The accompanying dish was a shame: a large slice of focaccia with sauce and mozzarella, and two chips and corn. What if someone is lactose intolerant?! Less pizza, more chips (no one is intolerant), and maybe two peanuts. Organizational convenience isn't always a good choice. The service was a bit slow in bringing the plate after the drinks were brought. Together, it would be great. The waiters, however, are polite. The atmosphere is beautiful and well-kept, and the restaurant opened on Via Farini, which is very beautiful.

We've been in Parma for six days due to a car repair. We liked everything, but in this restaurant, the service with the two waiters was excellent. The menu was excellent, and everything was top-notch. I highly recommend it. The location is also great, right in the middle of the old town, not far from the central squares and the cathedral. Plus, plus, plus. At the beginning, there's a street with various cafes and restaurants.

Excellent aperitivo in the center of Parma, with fast, friendly, and helpful service. Outdoor seating is available, and the cocktails and appetizers are delicious. Definitely one of the best aperitivo bars in Parma.

I stumbled upon this place by chance. I wasn't having a great morning, but the guy at the counter made me smile again: very kind and welcoming. The girl was also super nice, and the service was excellent. A gorgeous place in a great location, on one of Parma's prettiest streets. The croissant and the frothy latte macchiato were delicious. I'll definitely be back!

Well-located restaurant in the center of Parma. Very good local cuisine, friendly waiters. Nicely decorated. The only thing I find is the price is a bit too high for some dishes.

We ordered a platter of cold cuts and cheese for €25, which I found a bit small in quantity!

Io e la mia ragazza ci siamo fermati da Le Malve per un aperi-cena e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla qualità dell’esperienza, sia sul piano gastronomico che su quello del servizio. Abbiamo ordinato un tagliere misto con Parmigiano Reggiano (presumibilmente 24 mesi), coppa piacentina, prosciutto di Parma 24 e 30 mesi, salame Felino e delle ottime patate al forno con la buccia. Tutti i prodotti erano ben selezionati, freschi e ben serviti: il prosciutto 30 mesi in particolare si scioglieva in bocca, con una dolcezza davvero gradevole. A parte ci hanno portato anche un piccolo tagliere con focaccia (molto buona e lievitata correttamente, con una bella alveolatura), e un trancio di pizza alta con molta mozzarella, rustica ma golosa. L’unico dettaglio da migliorare forse è la crosta della focaccia, un po’ troppo croccante per i miei gusti, ma nulla di grave. Molto curata anche la presentazione del dolce: su un piatto rettangolare bianco è stato posizionato il dessert con una decorazione a pennellata di topping che conferiva eleganza e un tocco artistico al piatto. Tuttavia le dimensioni erano piuttosto ridotte rispetto al prezzo. Ottimo il gusto e la presentazione, ma il rapporto quantità/prezzo potrebbe essere migliorato. Servizio veloce e cortese, personale gentile e presente, senza essere invadente. In totale abbiamo speso 45 euro in due, una cifra abbastanza giusta per la qualità ricevuta, specie considerando che siamo in pieno centro storico a Parma. In sintesi: consigliatissimo per chi cerca un aperitivo o cena curato e gustoso, con ottimi prodotti locali e una bella atmosfera.

Mi trovo benissimo a fare colazione qui. Ci vengo spesso e volentieri, il mio cappuccino preferito è quello di Andrea. Consigliatissimo!
