I've been coming to Gole for a long time and I'm always delighted with both the food and the kindness we receive.

Loved this place. Had lunch but will go back for a dinner someday. Fresh and tasty food, nice interior and friendly staff. Recommended!!

We came across Le Gole while on our trip and tried it out on the basis of good reviews. The reviews are right! It's a great place with a warm and friendly service, an unpretentious menu which delivers above and beyond on quality. We felt comfortable and the interior felt cosy and like a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would happily come back next time we are in Rome! :)

Five stars because I can't give it six. Impeccable service; delicious pasta (the best carbonara we ate in Rome); and delicious desserts: the house tiramisu is to die for. The waitress was absolutely charming. Thank you so much for everything, we'll be back!

The carbonara is simply perfect, perfectly creamy and authentic in flavor. Among the first courses, the tagliolini with truffle deserves a special mention: delicate and fragrant. Also worth trying are the saltimbocca alla romana, the tuna tartar, the fried vegetables, and everything else on the menu! The desserts are also impressive: the orange cake is soft and fragrant, while the crema catalana is captivating with its creaminess and crunchy caramelized sugar crust. The service is extremely kind and attentive, always ready to offer advice with a smile, and the atmosphere is welcoming, meticulously crafted, and full of atmosphere. A place that combines tradition and flavor, perfect for both a special dinner and a lunch with friends. Highly recommended!
