After the movies on Saturday. We booked for 9:00 PM without any problem. Delicious fried artichokes and classic cacio e pepe. Very friendly staff. The bill for four was less than €35. Excellent

Excellent food. There were eleven of us, and we ordered different dishes, each one better than the last (carbonara, amatriciana ragù, ravioli), and the fried artichokes and parmigiana were spectacular. Among the desserts, the orange cake was very good. The service was excellent. Charming venue.

24/02/2025: Cené por primera vez en Il Colibrì hace unos 8 años. Ahora, cada vez que vuelvo a Roma, debo volver a Il Colibrì tantas veces como sea posible. El restaurante de gestión familiar ofrece platos tradicionales romanos (y más) preparados con ingredientes de alta calidad a precios razonables. Y, el servicio es siempre amable y eficiente. Para mí, esta combinación ganadora no se puede perder!

24/02/2026: We happened to arrive on the right day, Shrove Tuesday, with a panoramic view and fireworks to celebrate the birthday of a dear friend and brother in a restaurant that was welcoming from the owner to the smallest employee with excellent food and drinks.
