Restaurant with a youthful and warm atmosphere, traditional but also innovative dishes, with frequent off-menu options that are always different. Good wine cellar. Excellent service, family atmosphere, excellent food. Prices definitely lower than the average for the neighborhood considering the quality of the cuisine. I recommend it.

Valid alternative if you are in the area. The aubergine parmigiana terrine is good as is the knife-cut ham. The gricia was good, the other first courses a little less impressive, the courtyard ragù a little dry. All in all ok. Very friendly service and beautiful environment

Prices in line with the market. It seems to have become an ethnic place, it no longer has anything of the rustic place of the past. Let's get to the first courses: pappardelle with wild boar that tasted of beef, the pasta with throat is an incorrect mix of ingredients. Good desserts, friendly staff.

Cute restaurant on Corso Trieste with funky interior. Food was very good. Carbonara was delicously eggy with a very nice taste. Deserts were homemade; crostata was light and tasty. Look forward to returnjng.

Ero già stato in questo locale in estate; avendo avuto un ottimo riscontro siamo tornati. Abbiamo gustato un ottima cucina romana, il personale è gentilissimo siamo ritornati la era successiva ed anche stavolta abbiamo cenato alla grande. Che dire, sicuramente torneremo.....

📻 L’atmosfera é meravigliosa: lucine, arredamento e musica vintage. Abbiamo ordinato due primi (pappardelle alla lepre e tonnarelli “alle Gole”) un secondo (maialino al forno, diviso) e due dolci (cheesecake al cioccolato scomposta). Tutto buonissimo!🍝 📝 La mia unica nota é solamente per quanto riguarda le porzioni (il primo mi sarebbe piaciuto più abbondante!). ✨ Per tutto il resto, ambiente stupendo, musica bellissima, personale gentilissimo, sicuramente ci tornerò!

05/05/2025: Food was delicious, we received bread but no oil or vinegar for dipping and the wine portion was lacking. We did receive free lemon sorbet at the end so let the other issues go. I'd recommend giving it a try.
02/05/2025: Food was tasty. Staff are great too (special mention to Maya and Bea for taking care of us during the two times that we ate there). They can be busy at times so you should make a reservation. Their Carbonara is a must try. Highly recommended!

26/04/2025: Cozy place, exceptional service and excellent quality food. We recommend the carbonara, the cacio e pepe pasta, both classic and with artichokes and bacon. Chef and waiter with a unique Roman charm!!!
