I came with my wife for a romantic dinner. First of all the place is very intimate, well decorated and nice music. The menu proposals respect the Roman tradition while also following modernity. The service was fast and attentive, plus the waitresses and the two managers were all friendly and kind. I will definitely return, I recommend!

I love this restaurant, I always come back very willingly. Are you looking for a nice and quiet place to spend some time pleasantly? The Gorges, is the answer! It's like being welcomed into your home! More than excellent dishes, very kind and approachable staff, very helpful. The furnishings and the choice of background music are the setting for this little jewel. A place that is outside the box, absolutely informal and whoever has introduced it to them have not all been enthusiastic! It's my favorite restaurant ever! And our four-legged friends are welcome!

Traditional place with quite a few years of activity that has been able to renew its environment and menu. Excellent cellar, excellent and well-treated raw materials. The service is impeccable, you feel welcomed and pampered.

Serata molto piacevole in famiglia trascorsa in questo locale. Arredi ricercati e particolari, piatti ben eseguiti. Menù romano tipico ma anche qualche innocente evasione, tipo il 'bao'. Servizio gentile e rapido nonostante fossimo un gruppo numeroso. Consigliato

Locale raccolto e curato in zona Trieste, vivace e signorile. Cibo vario e ben cucinato. Cucina romana e non. Ottimo il servizio, veloce e cortese. Esperienza da rifare!
