Bright and spacious room, excellent coffee - long in a large cup to appreciate it. It is a good blend with a prevalence of Arabica, the aromatic and acidic taste remains on the palate, very pleasant for those who appreciate black coffee (unsweetened and without milk). Discreet and very nice staff. The perfect place in via Ponte alle Mosse!

Very welcoming and modern place with a vast amount of choice between portions, single portions and desserts. Excellent product quality and very good. Sunny and welcoming staff. The only flaw is that there is no table service otherwise it would be perfect.

I recommend their Chijau Kai, that restaurant is great. Their grilled chicken is good, it feels juicy (not all dry like the ugly Mcchu Pcchu)

pastry bar restaurant with Peruvian management with excellent desserts and the possibility of eating Peruvian food for lunch with a delicious fixed price menu for only €15 and à la carte menu in the evening

23/03/2025: I was there today with my mom, we just stopped for a coffee and the girl who if I'm not mistaken is called Erica was very kind and as we know it's not something that happens often nowadays to see hospitality and kindness. The 5 stars are for her even if I'm sure the food is good but I will not miss the opportunity to go back when I happen to be in the center of Florence

30/03/2025: waiters are very helpfull and kind, i liked this place, we ate pizza and pasta, both were good enough, prices were reasonable, hope to eat there again a nice place close to duomo square, you can both eat and shop, prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and helpful
14/03/2025: EDIT: they handled my criticism in the best way, contacting me and offering me a suitable solution. Not everyone handles complaints this way. Well done 👏 I don't give a too severe rating in terms of stars because I don't want to penalize the activity too much, but I want to warn you about the paltry quantity of objects that are included in the TooGoodToGo bag for the "Save Christmas" initiative: for €7 you would expect something more than two packets of chocolates weighing one hundred grams and a pack of herbal teas. Then maybe you can come and tell me that the cocoa used to make the chocolates was hand selected by Willy Wonka then in that case I would apologize to Willy and give 5 stars
