We came here late in the morning for an aperitivo. We tried two torta al testo, one with salami and one with Norcia prosciutto. The prosciutto was spectacular, melting in your mouth. The owner was very courteous, kind, and super helpful. I highly recommend it.

I found it by chance while strolling through Passignano. I immediately opted for the charcuterie and cheese platter and torta al testo. It was just the perfect weekend. The delicious flavors are undeniable.

Just returned from Passignano sul Trasimeno, enchanting... We stopped at this place which immediately gave the impression of being traditional and authentic... everything was perfect, the torta al testo was delicious, everything impeccable, even the wine... But the best thing of all was the friendliness, the cordiality, the helpfulness and the kindness we received... thank you for everything... we will gladly return...

Local products and a friendly atmosphere come first. Delicious cheeses and cured meats. Average prices. Like any shop of this kind, you can find what you're looking for. Highly recommended.

I was lucky enough to eat there at the outdoor tables (late July). What struck me most was that they use only local products, from the Umbrian and Tuscan regions, and everything was delicious. We ordered two platters of cured meats and cheeses, both of which were served with jam. The owner, who was very welcoming and kind, recommended food and drinks, and also explained to us individually what the products he had served were. Even the beer was special, unique to the place where we were eating. Truly a top-notch experience.

The owner is very friendly and kind. We hadn't planned to eat here, but he encouraged us by bringing us a small snack with our drinks, so we ordered a cheeseboard (23 euros). They tasted delicious. I recommend stopping by and enjoying the delicacies while listening to the birdsong. We loved it here 💛

A perfect and super tasty break! We stopped for a quick snack and were truly satisfied. The schiacciate were fragrant and filled with excellent, flavorful, and fresh cured meats. All at a truly reasonable price, especially considering the quality of the ingredients. A simple yet authentic place, perfect for a lunch break or a tasty snack. Recommended!
