While searching for a good pasta with sardines, Palermo-style, we found a delicious one! The sardine meatballs were fantastic! The baked anelletti were good, although they lacked a bit of firmness and crunchiness.
The service was top-notch, except for one of them with a few shortcomings (not serving the woman first or not clearing away used dishes).
The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, with the right background music.
Highly recommended!!!
It's a shame to leave Palermo. I'll miss it.

One of the best pizzas I've had in Italy! And the pasta is excellent too. You'd better go early, because the restaurant fills up quickly.

Staying near this pizza place, we decided to try it one evening. We ordered a parmigiana 2.0, which was unique and very delicious, but it was missing something, like a few pieces of sausage or pancetta, to make it perfect. We also ordered a bella d'estate with parmesan cream, cooked ham, cruschi peppers, yellow datterini tomatoes, and fiordilatte (good). Finally, we ordered a viola nel bosco with blue cheese, walnuts, and prosciutto crudo (good). It's a very nice place, the staff are very professional, and the prices are average for what I see in big cities if you're looking for the most innovative pizzas. The pizza dough is very good, and I hope to return soon to try other flavors.

Tired from sightseeing in Palermo, we decided to grab a bite to eat. It was a good choice. The staff served us quickly. They were helpful and cooperative. The dishes we chose arrived quickly and were very tasty. The wines we chose complemented the meal very well.

It's hard to imagine finding a Campanian specialty far from its homeland, but this is the case.
Excellent Neapolitan pizza, light dough and a crispy crust.

This elegant and refined restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, expertly recommended by the staff and expertly prepared by the in-house chef. The freshest seafood dishes are excellent, both for first and second courses. Worthy of note are the excellent pasta with sardines, richly seasoned, as well as the "scialatielli nel mare," a delicious mix of seafood, swordfish, and shrimp. The fried calamari, a delicious dish characterized by its crispy, dry frying, is also a particular favorite. Those not particularly interested in seafood should definitely try the ravioli caprese with ricotta and Siccagno tomato sauce. Last but not least, the dessert, including the pistachio and black cherry semifreddo, stands out. In my opinion, a well-deserved 5 stars for this gastronomic excellence.
