We had dinner in this place located in the heart of the historic center, in one of the most beautiful streets of Palermo, its fame for pizza led us to try it, what can I say of a very high level, the attention to raw materials and so much, it's the flavor of the dough and a truly SUBLIBE culinary experience, impeccable service and extremely helpful guys, I highly recommend it, one of the best pizzerias I've ever tried, CONGRATULATIONS

Excellent value for money For a high quality lunch with wine, water and cover charge, the total bill of 50 euros was more than adequate, considering the freshness and attention to detail. Good atmosphere, good food and friendliness

Great location with delicious pizza and a very good selection of wine (bottles). Unfortunately our conditions weren't that great. The restaurant makes an upscale impression, so you can expect high-quality service. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Chewing gum with her mouth open while she opened the bottle of wine for us. At the same time, the SmartWatch is distracting. And then came the bang. She cleans her nails with the same waiter's knife that she used to open our bottle of wine and her colleague stands next to her and says nothing. That was really disgusting.

Refined place and tasty pizzas. We arrived a little late and I had the impression that they were done a little quickly, not as well as I think they normally do them. The prices are a little high but the service is great and the waiters were friendly.

Pizzas excepcionales en una ciudad con muchos restaurantes mediocres. Tienen una lista de pizzas tradicionales, así como algunas ofertas modernas e innovadoras. Muchas de las pizzas se benefician de la mozzarella premium flor di latte. El restaurante tiene una carta de vinos bien equilibrada y los precios son justos. Este lugar tiene una recompensa de dos puntos (de un máximo de tres) por la Biblia gourmet italiana Gambero Rosso. El servicio es un poco al azar.
