Today we were guests of Mauro and the staff at Le Corderie, where we enjoyed a delightful lunch in good company, sampling delicious and tasty local specialties accompanied by excellent wines. Highly recommended!

I'll give it a 6=, roughly averaging the food (7/8) and service (4-). The service is extremely slow, almost to the point of being unbearable (I'll explain the actual times: 30 minutes to order, a good 50 minutes in total before we could start eating). No apology or understanding from the staff. The strong air conditioning and open doors create a draft, which is annoying for those in the flow. This has been reported by several customers, but it seems like no comfortable solution was possible. The acoustics are rather poor in a restaurant that is aesthetically new and fairly well-kept. The voices are always loud. Obviously, it depends on the restaurant's guests, but unfortunately, the atmosphere doesn't help. The food is certainly good and the prices are fair, so it gets full marks from this point of view, but in all honesty, I would never recommend eating there to a friend.

Beautiful restaurant, with clean lines in a modern setting that stands out in the city. We were served by the owner, Mr. Mauro, who was kind, helpful, and never intrusive. He provided impeccable explanations of each dish and offered suggestions for those unsure whether to choose between innovative and traditional dishes. The staff was young and friendly. The dishes were carefully served, with generous portions and moderate prices. One of those places you'll want to return to. Family lunch, November 2024. (Terrine of chicken liver and goose liver with brioche bread and apple compote, and fresh pasta ravioli with pumpkin, smoked ricotta, and hazelnut butter).

We were getting married on September 12, 1993, and so last night, with two daughters, we went to pay homage to Montelli's Trinacria. Only he, a descendant of Roger II, deserves five stars: elegant and discreet, with a quick and unpretentious delivery, a great man. I can certainly confirm the quality of the dishes and service, with the lamb, unparalleled to my humble taste. A sagacious Aeolian red wine paired it honorably. The setting was elegant, just the right amount, not to mention the outdoor setting, which it blends seamlessly with. More than a dinner, it was an experience, with prices that, considering the quality of the dishes and service, are more than reasonable. Congratulations and thank you for the beautiful backdrop to a day of our most cherished memories.
