02/03/2025: We are regular visitors to another carnicero, but this time we wanted to try this new one. The place is beautiful, arranged on several levels, very different from each other, although all really well furnished. We did not expect that they would also serve fish, of excellent quality. The quality of the food is spectacular, its only flaws are that if you eat upstairs the meat arrives a little cold given the long journey that the holy waiters have to travel and the second is that the knives for the meat must be sharp. Ok that the meat is butter and melts but you need very sharp knives. the service is really excellent and the welcome is super!!! Even though I had made a mistake on the reservation, the girl assisted us and found us a table with a little patience. The drinks are masterfully prepared. Ultimately it is a restaurant worth trying and becoming loyal to. Congratulations also for the truly impeccable cleanliness of the bathrooms.
