Beautiful setting, great kindness and fabulous food

Everything very good, fast service.

The restaurant is located right in the heart of Arezzo. It's beautifully decorated, although I'd honestly avoid putting disposable paper placemats on the table. They could easily be removed, and a cutlery rest would be enough on the wooden tables, which are very pleasant in themselves. The service deserves top marks. My compliments. Overall, a truly enjoyable evening.

A beautiful decor that matches the ambiance, with high-quality service, just like the dishes from the chef's kitchen! Including a "homemade" tiramisu, but not only that, all for a reasonable bill...

The Florentine steak was amazing, the Cremant d'Alsace was not up to par... The fish dishes were also good, and the staff were professional and friendly.

We keep comparing other restaurants in Italy to our lunch here and Le Chiavi D’Oro consistently wins. Flavorful, inventive dishes, great wine cellar, elegant space, and friendly service, all without Michelin-style pretentiousness. Recommend to anyone looking for a special meal in Arezzo.

A Memorable Dinner in Piazza San Francesco We had dinner here while staying in Arezzo, following a recommendation from our Airbnb host. Outdoor seating wasn’t available, but we were seated inside right away. The space was elegant—warm lighting, beautiful details, and a calm, refined atmosphere. At first, we weren’t sure if it would be the right fit since we were with our young son and teenagers, and the restaurant is Michelin-rated. But we stayed, and we’re so glad we did. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and helpful in walking us through the menu. It’s divided into three sections, and they suggest two dishes per person. Only my husband followed that, starting with the steak tartare, which was excellent. We all had pasta dishes, and every one was incredible. I had the duck tagliatelle with ragù—delectable and made with rich precision. The flavors were deep and comforting. Our vegetarian guest had the ravioli and savored every bite. Each dish felt intentional and beautifully prepared, without being overdone. It was a quiet, elegant dinner. If you’re looking for more of a lively scene, the patio might be better. But if you want a relaxed, elevated evening with thoughtful food and a great bottle of wine, dining inside is a perfect choice. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the cuisine, which is quite refined in terms of taste. The service is excellent in English and very friendly.

We had a truly wonderful meal here, the food was sublime, high end cooking, packed full of flavour and innovative in its combinations, I had the tongue starter and guinea fowl Secondi and would highly recommend both. Service was impeccable on what was a busy weekend evening, charming, helpful and knowledgeable when answering our various questions, especially as to wine choices. A not so hidden gem which I shall be recommending to anyone that will listen. A great night out.
