As often happens, I came across this restaurant by chance, through advertising. Le Cementine, the name itself, already inspired me, and it reminded me of the cementine tiles I had in my house in Rome. I booked to celebrate my birthday and Valentine's Day. I was completely unfamiliar with this oasis of peace. The atmosphere is super relaxing, the staff is courteous, polite, and not at all intrusive.
Regarding the food, I can only say it was a taste experience. Kudos to the entire staff! Open kitchen, young but very, very professional and knowledgeable. The background music was pleasant and never intrusive.
Regarding the food, I can only recommend going and trying it, from appetizers to main courses, all the way to the espresso tiramisu. All accompanied by sparkling wine 💓
Kudos to everyone

We've been wanting to try this experience for a while, but I have to say it was a bit of a disappointment.
Excellent service, kind and welcoming staff, always present and attentive, absolutely positive.
The location is nice, but the place, at least during this period, is a bit spartan.
The cover charge is a bit expensive. €6 for a very spartan table setting: a small concrete block with cutlery, a folded napkin, and glasses. The bread selection was certainly plentiful, but nothing more.
There were 4 adults and 2 children.
We started with two appetizers of soppressa and salami with sweet and sour vegetables, costing €14 each. Not bad, but about 7 or 8 slices of salami/soppressa, a bowl of giardiniera, and a bowl of Borretane onions.
We moved on to two cappuccinos with potatoes, wild boar, chestnut, and leek ragu, a radicchio millefeuille, and a borlotti bean purée with mantis shrimp and bottarga. The cappuccino was truly a disappointment. Elsewhere, the same or similar dish is served in a breakfast mug, with a béchamel foam and a savory brioche. In this case, the so-called "cappuccino" consisted of a simple bowl of potato purée, 2-3 pieces of leek, and a little ragu sauce. Not a single chestnut was in the way. We were truly disappointed.
The borlotti bean purée, unfortunately, was dominated by bottarga, which completely overpowered the flavor of the borlotti beans and, consequently, the mantis shrimp. The radicchio pasta was unfortunately bitter.
I then ordered the bigoli with garlic, oil, chili pepper, mussels, and calamari. The pasta was also overcooked, I assume there weren't even 80 grams of bigoli (maybe I'm wrong), 4-5 mussels, 4-5 small pieces of calamari. The chili pepper dominated, effectively covering every flavor and destroying the flavor of the fish.
We also ordered two tartares with lemon salad. Unfortunately, the tartare had been seasoned with an aromatic herb that altered its flavor, but the presentation was truly disappointing. Ground and chopped meat thrown shapelessly in the center of the plate, surrounded by salad.
Followed by a portion of chicken in a spicy marinade, potatoes, and oyster sauce: the best dish ever, flavorful, simple yet effective presentation.
The wine list was also very interesting and knowledgeable. The sommelier, who we asked to pair glasses with all the courses, was knowledgeable!
I don't know if this place is aiming for a Michelin star, but in any case, the prices aren't worth what they offer. The quality is certainly high, but the presentation is very disappointing considering that dishes range from €25 to €40... I think when someone spends €35 for a main course, they expect to be able to eat it with their eyes.
Thanks in any case for the experience.

This wonderful restaurant reminded me of "Domus Vittoria," the vacation home in Salento where I stayed this summer. The floors are also Art Nouveau cement tiles from the early 20th century, giving the place a magical feel. The food here is divine, and you can admire the surrounding countryside and enjoy the beauty of nature.

A slightly out-of-the-way location, yet easily accessible, this charming, bucolic/romantic restaurant is meticulously maintained and welcoming, nestled in a beautiful park. Plenty of space is available, making it ideal for both couples and groups of friends. The staff is very helpful yet discreet; you can choose from a food and wine tour or simply choose from the menu. We had a delicious dinner with simply perfect meat dishes paired with a perfect red wine pairing. Delicious, high-quality desserts. A highly recommended experience, as is the reservation.
