I think it's one of the few times where I gave 5 stars on everything. Well, like many I discovered this location from the show 4 restaurants, I don't remember if it won or not, but it certainly did for me. They say that the owner, as well as chef, is also a Count, in truth whether the noble title exists or not is of little importance, but the environment, hospitality and food are certainly worthy of a princely table.

Le Cedrare..Restaurant located in via Perez Pompei 2..in ILLASI..province of Verona..reservations are compulsory, it has a private internal dining room, and also has outdoor tables. It is open to the lunch time and then in the evening at 7.30pm...this is truly an enchanting place, we are inside a beautiful noble villa with an Italian garden. Very well maintained, here we find very attentive staff who treat you with courtesy. At the table you will find refined cuisine with dishes made with 0 km products which blend perfectly with the surrounding area. The owner of the house is the well-known Count Marcantonio who is almost a true legend in these parts, being Chef but also a true Nobleman. Who had the wonderful idea of ​​transforming the family villa or Villa Sagramoso...into a beautiful restaurant open to those who love good food, and believe me, just try it, you will be surprised. When I found it during my travels I would have expected everything but something so interesting really wasn't and instead...big surprise and a lot of satisfaction.

The place is wonderful, very kind and attentive staff, prices for the food and the quality of the wines are fair, dishes prepared with great skill. Congratulations.

Sono andato a cena con la famiglia. Posto incantevole con giardino all'italiana, molto curato, personale accogliente, attento e cortese. Menù con pietanze anche "ricercate", ben presentate. Abbiamo preso calamarata e tortelli con ricotta e pesto, molto buoni, a seguire guanciola di vitello brasato all'amarone, che consiglio vivamente. Dolci nella media, comunque buoni. Prezzo adeguato all'offerta. Esperienza ampliamente positiva ci torneremo.

Era da tempo che si parlava di andare a provare il ristorante Le Cedrare e finalmente abbiamo prenotato. Abbiamo voluto deliziarci di tutte le portate offerte dall'antipasto al dolce. Per cominciare un bocconcino con l'assaggio del loro buonissimo olio d'oliva come antipasti capesante code di scampi, roll di porcini e ricotta, i primi tagliatelli all'anatra e come Fuori menu le tagliatelle ai grani antichi tartufo e grattugiato di ricotta affumicata. Due i secondi tagliata di capriolo e guanciale di vitello e per finire i dolci mousse ai frutto della passione e l'orologio Catalano. È stata senza dubbio un'esperienza fantastica. Il prezzo é adeguato con gli alti standard del posto. Abbiamo cenato divinamente. Il personale di sala è molto gentile e attento ai dettagli Torneremo.
