Le Cave del Ceppo In Trezzo sull'adda

We discovered this fantastic location when we started planning our wedding. We received perfect support throughout the wedding planning process, providing us with all the details and answering all our questions. We're getting married in September 2026 and have already eaten here three times. The food is truly delicious. If you have any allergies or intolerances, they'll prepare a suitable menu for you when you book.

This was the location for my wedding, and I return there from time to time to eat. The service is excellent, the portions are always generous, and of course the food is excellent. You always feel at ease. I had my wedding in a fantastic location without feeling pressured. They made everything we wanted happen. Highly recommended.

This place is undoubtedly welcoming. The food is good, perhaps a little lacking in variety, but that's normal for a farmhouse. It's a shame that for small groups of under six people, reservations are often impossible. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, they've implemented a takeout service, which we still use.

Celebrate New Year's Eve 2025 at this welcoming family-run agriturismo. You can reach it along a road in Trezzo sull'Adda, with two hairpin bends that lead to the truly charming restaurant, including the outdoor area, which features a few tables, canopies, various seating, a kiosk, and a beautiful brazier. The interior consists of a single room furnished in a rustic style, with beamed ceilings, now decorated with hanging plants and Christmassy motifs. The dinner was perfect, with excellent dishes: appetizers, first courses, second courses, jams, desserts, water, and wine, many of which were homemade. The excellent service from the staff and the two musicians and singers made the dinner and New Year's Eve evening a masterpiece. We were pleasantly satisfied and will definitely be back!!! I highly recommend it to everyone...young and old!!! I thank Le Cave del Ceppo for delighting us with excellent dishes and cheering us up with a warm and joyful atmosphere!! BRAVO!

A wonderful experience surrounded by greenery, in contact with nature and animals. Interesting, ever-changing menus with very good ingredients (pizzoccheri are top notch!!) Regular portions, but they stop by several times to ask if anyone wants more. Excellent value for money. Friendly service, I'd go back!

Everything is excellent and they are very kind and fast

I visited Cave del Ceppo for a company lunch, and overall, the experience was truly positive. The agriturismo is nestled in the greenery of the Adda Park: outside, in addition to a large garden, there's also a small farm with various animals—horses, cows, donkeys, and goats—very well-kept and clean. It's a well-kept and pleasant space, ideal for strolling between courses, chatting with colleagues, and taking a break from the table. Parking is ample and convenient, and access is easy even for those arriving in groups with multiple cars. The atmosphere is typical of a agriturismo: rustic tables, a casual yet refined atmosphere, perfect for creating a relaxed atmosphere even in a business setting. The cuisine is traditional Lombard/Italian, with appetizers of cured meats and cheeses, first courses like risotto and ravioli, meat-based second courses, and simple side dishes. In our case, the set menu designed for the group was appreciated by everyone: the two first courses, a risotto and ravioli (scarpinocc), were both very good; the second course, a classic tagliata with arugula and parmesan, was a great success, thanks to the tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked meat. The initial portions weren't particularly generous, but the service offered additional options several times, allowing everyone to leave the table fully satisfied. We were pleased with the attention paid to dietary needs during the lunch program: vegetarian, vegan, and celiac options are available, as well as solutions for various intolerances and allergies. A crucial aspect when organizing a business lunch with many people. The organization of the dining room was impeccable: regular service times, well-paced dishes, efficient staff, present but never intrusive. In short, an excellent choice for an informal yet well-organized business lunch, where you want to spend a few hours in a green setting, ensure everyone eats well (even those with special needs), and have the feeling of a short "day out" without straying too far from Milan.

A quaint location with the opportunity to see various animals in a well-kept setting. The menus vary, with prices depending on the number of courses and dishes. They're organized a bit "military," and this left me a bit perplexed, as you can only go by reservation and after having (the entire table) clearly defined the menu (which should be the same for everyone, but I've noticed some flexibility). The result is incredible efficiency, topped with uncommon kindness. A slight change and attention to the menu (for example, the risotto, which is a bit too "liquid," and the onions galore in the appetizer, rather than the meat that accompanies the polenta) should, in my opinion, be made. The place isn't for couples who want to hold hands, as the tables can be heard, but overall, it's a nice place where you feel comfortable, at a fair price, and I'd return.
