Excellent Sunday lunch with friends! Good quality food, good value for money!

Beautiful day! We are 7 brothers with relatives and it is therefore difficult for us to all be together. This year for the Boxing Day holiday we chose this farmhouse. The conditions were all there but having had negative experiences elsewhere... Excellent food. Delicious risotto with sausage. Impeccable service, despite the very young age of the waiters, all kind and with a smile. I hope to be able to visit you also for my daughter's confirmation.

Abbiamo scelto questa fantastica struttura per celebrare il giorno del nostro matrimonio e festeggiare il battesimo del nostro bambino. Che dire, noi non sapevamo da dove iniziare, abbiamo trovato in loro molta competenza e una super organizzazione, che penso sia una cosa essenziale. Sempre gentili e con il sorriso, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Serata meravigliosa, cibo ottimo, servizio e staff fantastici, i nostri invitati erano tutti entusiasti. Consigliamo questa struttura, sia per eventi importanti, ma anche solo per andare a pranzo o cena con la famiglia e gli amici. Ancora grazie :)

For me and my wife this place is a wonderful restaurant/farmhouse, we chose it to get married and we would choose it for a thousand other occasions. We tried many dishes between rehearsals and weddings etc. and never a flaw, everything was delicious. Adequate portions and an encore is also brought if necessary. Impeccable and courteous staff. The owners are always available and friendly. We have tried it in various ways from wedding to family day and would highly recommend it. Place suitable for everyone, families and companies. A day of happiness! We decided to celebrate my dad's birthday there, looking for a place not far from home and work. The weekly variety of the menu was appreciated, which denotes the use of always fresh and seasonal products. Among the various menu options, we opted for the one that included a starter, first course, second course and dessert (the latter, by informing the structure, can consist of a cake). Arriving there early, we were able to enjoy a nice walk in the outdoor spaces and wander around the educational farm (unfortunately we weren't able to visit it all, because we didn't think it was really that big and we had miscalculated the timing). The signs with explanatory writings and suggestions on how to experience the place are much appreciated. Everything is very clean and well looked after, the first farmhouse that doesn't justify sloppiness with "eh, the countryside is like this", but instead shows how it is possible to cultivate and raise animals decorously and in an orderly manner The staff were truly exquisite, as were the dishes... which we didn't have time to photograph, however inviting :) We will be back for sure.

And if customer reviews existed...let's talk about it! After reading some reviews I spend my time on a location where I often work. Since I arrive on site during the preparation of the room and I hear every briefing that the staff gives before welcoming their guests, I feel like telling those who have already visited the location for a wedding reception or lunch/dinner in a farmhouse that everyone is treated the same way. The rules apply to everyone regardless of the type of event, rules that exist and apply to everyone. It's a location that works a lot and the mistake when working is upon us! To err is human but for those who put their legs under the table they should also "imagine" what the staff did before the event begins. Working in the restaurant industry is certainly not easy and I know it well, you come up against people's rudeness because it would seem that when you pay for everything you are owed. Sometimes we work with tiredness which halves both positive and negative reactivity to the perception of events. Sometimes behavior can be misrepresented. I believe that any type of criticism can be constructive if done with just cause so that the location can improve but free criticism cannot! What if there was the possibility to evaluate customers? You are not all the picture of friendliness and simplicity. What exactly do you expect? I have often seen the staff at the Cave del Ceppo not respond to rude customers and many girls on the staff not respond to men who made unwanted advances. Should they also be evaluated for free? The guys who serve at Cave del Ceppo are all, and I mean all, very professional despite being very young but this does not mean that you can treat them like a fish. And the same goes for the owners! It's not that because you pay you can go to the cash register at the end of the day/evening and chase away all the hatred accumulated in life and vent it to them. But the most important thing is that when you go to a location, inform yourself well about how the event is managed because the staff always communicates every single detail (this is for lunch/dinner in a farmhouse) but even more fundamental is that if you have something to say it would be nice to put your face and complain on the spot what didn't go well for you so that we can respond promptly and above all try to remedy it. It also works for wedding receptions that everything is told clearly to the spouses including the timing and no one is made fun of so first listen to whoever invited you before writing a non-constructive negative review. For my job I travel around a lot of locations and you don't even have an idea of ​​what's really INDECENT and how they TAKE FUN of their guests but even before that they make fun of the bride and groom by promising the world and then...then it happens that the person they have with spoken is not even present on location! Use the review tool better knowing that words can hurt those who work and do it from the heart but above all if the mistake really occurred, give yourself the opportunity to recover and perhaps apologize. Abbiamo deciso di festeggiare lì il compleanno di mio papà, cercando un posto non molto lontano da casa e lavoro. Apprezzata la varietà settimanale del menù, che denota l'utilizzo di prodotti sempre freschi e stagionali. Tra le varie opzioni di menù,abbiamo optato per quella che prevedeva antipasto,primo,secondo e dolce (quest' ultimo poi,avvisando la struttura, può essere costituito da una torta). Arrivando lì prima,abbiamo potuto godere di una bella passeggiata negli spazi esterni e girare nella fattoria didattica (purtroppo non siamo riusciti a visitarla tutta, perché non pensavamo fosse davvero così grande e avevamo calcolato male i tempi). Molto apprezzati i cartelli con le scritte esplicative e i suggerimenti di come vivere il posto. Tutto molto pulito e ben curato,il primo agriturismo che non giustifica la sciatteria con "eh,la campagna è così", ma che invece mostra come sia possibile coltivare e allevare animali decorosamente e con ordine Il personale davvero squisito, come i piatti...che non abbiamo fatto in tempo a fotografare,per quanto invitanti :) Ci torneremo di sicuro.
