It was a truly special evening. The atmosphere was very pleasant and inviting. The young woman who served us was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. The quality of the food was excellent, with very tasty side dishes and good, well-cooked and seasoned meat. Sure, I've had more tender and flavorful meats elsewhere, but this was not bad at all. In our opinion, the chef tends to serve excessive amounts of meat, quickly racking up a €200 bill for four people; perhaps smaller portions would have been appropriate. The wait for the meat was quite long, over an hour, despite only five tables being occupied. Furthermore, the dishes were all served at once; perhaps more spaced out service would have made for a more pleasant and relaxed dining experience. However, the real problem arose halfway through the evening. An argument broke out between the young woman and the chef, which he chose to resolve publicly, raising his voice and insulting her with harsh and vulgar language. The woman, keeping her composure, asked to discuss the matter privately, but the chef stormed into the kitchen, slamming the door loudly in front of everyone. A child was also present in the dining room, who undoubtedly witnessed the scene. The four of us spent a whopping €260 on meat, a few side dishes, water, and two coffees.

Meat coma! After you order your side dishes they send you out you to the grill side meat station to pick out your cuts and actually pieces of meat. They recommend groups pick several different cuts and they are served family style. We had 3 cuts, filet, strip and flank steak. The steak is weighed and you pay based on the weight. The steaks are seasoned and cooked perfectly. The restaurant is tucked away in the back corner of a residential area not far from the city wall near SR47 and has free parking if you have a car. The restaurant filled up quickly so I suggest making reservations. We were stuffed and couldn't fit dessert but they said that they were made in house and they looked good.
