30/08/2025: We had lunch at the Castello di Pavarolo restaurant and the experience was truly enjoyable. The cuisine was excellent: we were delighted by the light and flavorful fritto misto, accompanied by a Freisa Terre dei Santi, crisp and refreshing, perfect for the dish. The desserts also confirmed the excellence of the cuisine, with a trio of zabaglione desserts that won us over.
The restaurant is well-kept and welcoming, without any particular extravagance: a simple yet pleasant place, where the quality of the food and the attention to detail are the absolute protagonists.
Recommended for those who want to enjoy authentic Piedmontese cuisine in a peaceful setting.
28/08/2025: We arrived this evening without booking, but there was no problem, they made us sit calmly, even if it is always advisable to book, we tried a first course with duck ragù, tagliolini 30 yolks, delicious, second course, sliced ox heart, it melted in the mouth, and to finish 6 samples of desserts, not the usual tiramisu or panna cotta, I would have liked to have seconds, the chef very professional and above all very passionate, he explained to us every ingredient used for the desserts, a spectacle to listen to him, he described the Piedmontese mixed fry that we will definitely try next time, what can I say, kind staff, a special mention for the chef, young, very kind and really good, fast and accurate service, definitely to return.
