I had lunch at this restaurant with my family. I have no complaints about the location, which is central and very close to the Basilica of San Francesco.
The service is really fast. The menu is short, which I think is a positive aspect regarding the quality of the products.
The first courses were truly excellent and especially plentiful. The only flaw I would point out are the two platters, one of cured meats and one of cheeses, priced at €13 and €15, which were truly meager and not adequate for the price (just four wedges of cheese, while the cured meats were more varied). Even the house red wine was €16 a liter. These are prices I can partially justify given the touristy location, but there's a limit to everything.

The food and waiters are excellent. The lady at the cash register, however, would do better to stick to her role: she forgets to pass on orders and isn't at all friendly.

The atmosphere is warm, clean, and well-maintained, in keeping with the city of Assisi. The food, typical Umbrian, is excellent, as is the wine. The staff welcomes you like family and treats you as such, offering advice on both food and the city. I highly recommend it, whether you're visiting alone or with friends. I'll definitely be back.

Delicious Italian food! The spinach ravioli was amazing, and the taggliatelle with truffle sauce and tiramisu were spectacular. Highly recommended!

An unexpected surprise.
After a row of bars and restaurants with obvious frozen dishes, this is a truly traditional little restaurant, both in its ambiance and the dishes it offers.

Good I would say, the place is excellent, they just have to be careful that the cutlery in the middle of the forks there are food residues 😳....the boy brought us the condiments but the bottle was empty 😟....the pâté is quite cold at least a warming up was needed... for the cheese platter if a person doesn't eat onion at least an alternative sauce will be there like honey, anyway we had a quiet lunch...

A delightful restaurant in the center of Assisi.
Very welcoming staff, in an atmosphere that exudes style and authenticity.
A prime example of this is the owner, Arturo, who carries on the family tradition with warmth and great class: it was love at first sight.
