For those who love to eat a good steak cooked on the grill, enjoy it with excellent wine in a characteristic place with good music 🎶 I recommend the Cantina de l' Arena. In addition to the excellent food there is the professionalism of the staff.

A stone's throw from Piazza Bra, a personal environment, I ate a good pizza, with easily digestible dough and quality ingredients, even if the lack of cooking in a wood oven was a bit noticeable. Fast and impeccable service. Prices above average, some items frankly excessive, although I understand that location, quality of ingredients and service have a significant impact on the final cost.

22/02/2025: When in the area it is the only restaurant where I go to eat, excellent proposals and all good dishes. The restaurant has covered outdoor seats and inside it is well furnished in a "rustic" way. The proposals are different according to the seasons, the cost per person (obviously depends on what you order) is not high in relation to the quality of the food and the service, highly recommended. Excellent wine list.
13/02/2025: Il locale è molto bello ed elegante. Servizio inappuntabile (complimenti alle ragazze, sollecite senza affettazione). Ottimo il cibo ( abbondante!). Prezzo al di sotto delle aspettative.

29/03/2025: Elegant venue. Suitable for a coffee or aperitif but also after dinner. Very kind staff
06/03/2025: Perhaps the Duchi café with its retro lounge atmosphere is not the best choice for having a normal breakfast at eight in the morning, but it was the closest bar to which I only had a few minutes of time available. I asked for a ginseng coffee and they looked at me as if I had asked for the moon: no, they didn't have ginseng. I didn't have time to go anywhere else so I settled for a coffee and a cream brioche (virtual cream because in the enormous belly of the cream brioche there was maybe half a teaspoon) for the modest sum of €340... Never again
