One of Italy's most renowned restaurants offers a truly comprehensive experience. Original snacks give way to consistently sublime pasta. On my last visit, I had the smoked pasta, and I absolutely loved it. Everything was perfectly paired with wines, thanks to the sommelier's expert advice, who did an exceptional job selecting them. Without a doubt, a must-visit in the Padua area!

There's not much to say, you have to try it. It's certainly not for everyone's budget, but it's an experience, a journey, not just a dinner. The flavors, colors, and sensations are indescribable. Impeccable service, always present, never intrusive.
Chef Alajmo often passes between the tables to say hello and engages with guests with great kindness and friendliness.

My favourite 3 star of all time 🥹 the whole experience was amazing. It was an honour to be able to experience the youngest 3 star Michelin chef and we were served with warm hospitality.
Food was incredible and unforgettable. My fiance and I celebrated our first engagement dinner here. We also purchased the recipe book and some merchandise glasses

The extraordinary nature of the food, the research, the innovation, the therapeutic and enriching aromas in the glass to be enjoyed alongside the delicious venison (see attached photo), a science-fiction and wonderfully concrete solution, was to be expected; but you are always amazed. The added value is truly the welcome of the very young staff with rich professional backgrounds and an admirable desire to learn, which fills the incomparable tasting experience with joy, knowledge, and kindness, especially in the greater quiet of lunch. Delicious initial tastings, licorice risotto richer in the sensations of a natural forest, venison (as mentioned) with a captivating sauce. Desserts (13 tastings) with an impressive breadth of flavors. Wine by the glass is central to every stage. Congratulations!

It was declared the best restaurant in the world at the World Culinary Awards 2025. It is one of the few restaurants in the world with three Michelin stars. It is best to make a reservation a few weeks in advance.

A very refined atmosphere, knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff, and an exceptional menu for its refined flavors and presentation. I can't describe one dish because there's no proper word: the saffron and licorice risotto. To say it was delicious or excellent would be an understatement! I've never tasted anything better!
