Le Braci In Bozzole

I visited this restaurant for lunch and overall the experience was quite positive. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, the staff friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the dishes: you can sense the attention paid to the kitchen, and the flavor was adequate. Unfortunately, there was one incident that left me a little disappointed. I was served a cold steak; after I reported it, the dish was taken back to the kitchen and the same steak was returned, simply reheated, and on a lukewarm plate. I would have preferred more attention to the situation, perhaps by preparing a new dish or at least a small gesture of apology for the inconvenience. Overall, the food is good, but I believe that customer care in times of crisis really makes a difference. I hope it was just an isolated incident, but I recommend being careful because losing a customer can lead to very unpleasant word of mouth.

We've never reviewed this place, but we absolutely have to. My boyfriend and I go often, practically every month... what can I say, it's our favorite restaurant! TOP food, service, and quality. You feel at home, and that's the most important and beautiful thing! We recommend it to everyone!

Plan B, the fall/winter version, is definitely worth a culinary experience. The dining room is beautiful, with a variety of meat and fish dishes, and everything we tried was excellent. I'll be back.

Inside a farmhouse, a beautiful dining room, presumably converted from the stables, with a large fireplace in the center. Extremely friendly staff. Meat cooked on the grill, incredibly tender, served with vegetables cooked directly with the meat. Raclette pan served with brazier potatoes and bresaola. Sauces. Everything was delicious. Fillet steak with gorgonzola, roast potatoes and carrots. Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and tagliatelle with braised beef in Barolo sauce. Potato, beetroot, and gorgonzola gnocchi. Everything was mouth-watering. Two bottles of Barbera, two bottles of water, two desserts, a sorbet, two coffees, and a bitter liqueur. For four of us, we spent €205.00. We'll definitely be back.

The place is large, welcoming, and quaint. We had to wait quite a while for the first course, after the appetizers, but there were plenty of customers to serve. In any case, the dishes were very good, the atmosphere was unique, and the garden was beautiful.
