01/02/2025: In this pastry shop we found a truly well-kept and distinctive location.
The dessert display is also beautiful. The ginseng was delicious but unfortunately the brioche we ordered with ricotta and pear cream was a little dry, it certainly wasn't fresh that day.
A real shame...
For the rest it is a place that I would recommend for a breakfast or sweet snack!
Correct prices and friendly staff.
23/01/2025: I met in this pastry shop with an entrepreneur friend to work together on the developments of his company.
As soon as I entered I was struck by the counter, on which there were, in perfect order, some "works of art": half spheres of chocolate and multicolored macarons, miniature pastries and elegant and inspiring cakes and then some trays of chiacchiere, already packaged, who whispered “take me”…
We sat down and Sabrina, kind and with a beautiful smile, took the order: a coffee and a ginseng macchiato, accompanied by a cannoli and a fruit tart. I asked Sabrina to kindly remind me to take away a tray of those chatter, rightly "talking"🤣.
After a few minutes Alessandro arrived with the order: without asking, he gave each their own. We appreciated both his professionalism and the pasta. Delicious!
Then we started working intensely. Without disturbing us, Riccardo came to clear the table for us, to make us more comfortable taking notes on the ideas we were developing.
After more than an hour Sabrina arrived to inform me that she was switching off and reminding me of my chatter. Kind and thoughtful too,
Another half hour and we got up: I went to the register to collect my chatter and off we went, running home.
After dinner, however light, the apotheosis: I don't remember having enjoyed such crunchily delicious chiacchiere! They seemed too many for me and Bettina... we brushed them off one after the other 😋
I'd say they alone are worth the trip.
