We had dinner at this place and spent a lovely evening eating very well. Claudia does her job with love and competence. The food was all excellent, and Claudia explained to us that many of her dishes are revisited traditional recipes, but made with passion and great attention to raw materials and detail.
Each ingredient is chosen with care and attention to its origin and this makes the flavors real and ancient. We ate the pici cacio e pepe and pici with porcini mushrooms and the lamb buglione. Everything excellent. Claudia's kindness and empathy should be underlined, making us feel like family.

Cozy place on the outskirts of Pitigliano. Claudia, the owner and very nice cook who manages the place in an exceptional way. He delighted us with his simple and tasty Sunday lunch cuisine. He kept us company with his sympathy and empathy. He offered us dessert and coffee. It was a pleasure to meet him and taste his cuisine. I highly recommend. Aldo and Valentina

Having arrived in Pitigliano on a public holiday, even without booking we found a place for two in this little restaurant, invited more by the aromas of cooking perceivable outside than by the location. There was a wait because it is Mrs. Claudia who cooks the chosen dishes at the moment, but the wait was certainly well rewarded. Traditional dishes such as home-made even the eviction (typical dessert here).

Le Bontà di Claudia is a real insider tip for lovers of typical Tuscan cuisine! The homemade pasta is simply delicious – perfectly al dente and seasoned with aromatic sauces. An absolute highlight, however, was the chicken with orange sauce: tender, juicy and wonderfully harmonious in taste. Finally, the tiramisu cake was an absolute dream, light and creamy, exactly how you want it.
A great restaurant to enjoy authentic Pitigliano cuisine – definitely worth a visit!

We went to this restaurant for the first time
Ideal for tasting typical dishes of the area and discovering truly zero kilometer products.
The pici with porcini mushrooms were truly spectacular, plentiful and the kindness of Mrs. Claudia and the staff made us have a pleasant evening.
