Le Bonta di Claudia In Pitigliano

It is the best restaurant in Pitigliano. I was with my wife and daughter and this was the only restaurant that let us in at 2.15pm, when all the others had already closed their kitchens and had refused us. We were in the heat and with the hungry child, they saved us. Delicious food and exceptional service: Claudia and her daughter made us feel at home, playing with our daughter and giving us real advice about the area that we wouldn't have had otherwise. The starters are good, the first of the day (linguine with figs and bacon) and the first from the menu (porcini mushrooms). Claudia puts a lot of care into her dishes and her experience can be felt! We have been to Pitigliano several times and ate in several restaurants and in our memory there is no place where we have been better. Absolutely recommended!

We stopped by chance for lunch one day while visiting Pitigliano and we were won over by the good food and the courtesy of the owner, so much so that we returned for dinner! Good and plentiful dishes... Top baked potatoes!!!

Our daughter Emma's choice fell on this place for our only dinner in Pitigliano. Excellent food, beautiful location and "the hosts" are the ingredients of a perfect recipe.

Perfectly perched in the centre of Pitigliano, this restaurant tells a tale of Italian cuisine like few others even qualify to do. Claudia is fantastic, both as a person and as a chef. Her lively personality enchanted us from the start, with her operating the restaurant on her own without any major difficulties. However, the real star of the show is the food - prepared by her Claudia's loving hands for our delight, we've tried the typical Pitigliano delicacies she had suggested. I personally made a mistake when picking the pasta I wanted, which was promptly fixed by Claudia at no extra cost for me. Quickly having received my new dish, I dug in and I can tell you I was silent from start to finish. The earthy tones of my ragu perfectly encapsulated the region's traditional palates, as well as the olive oil or the wine ever could. Eating here is more than just having a meal - it's a full experience where everything comes together for your benefit. Truly felt at home, and I will not only recommend it to anyone but return myself in the near future!

We went to Claudia for dinner and had a great time! The place is very nice and hospitable, the cuisine is excellent and you can taste typical local recipes. Then Claudia and her daughter make you feel at home!!! Highly recommended!!! Ps. Try the cooked water... it's delicious!!!

Very good meal with quality products. Simplicity is priceless. The manager was very kind and attentive to us. We had a good time.

We had dinner with the family of 3, a nice and welcoming place, Mrs. Claudia was kind and friendly, excellent dishes! Worth mentioning are the fig and bacon tagliatelle! Advised!

Hesitant we entered and were immediately welcomed by the owner Claudia, as well as the only waitress and the only cook, with great affection and kindness. Very well looked after place, dishes worthy of a starred restaurant and normal prices. What can we say further, Claudia's professionalism alone deserves to be able to return when we pass through Pitigliano.

Scopriamo questo locale a ridosso delle mura del centro storico, su suggerimento di una signora del posto. Piatti tipici della zona con qualche moderata rivisitazione azzeccata. Molto buoni i pici (al dente e di fattura artigianale) e l'acquacotta (una zuppa toscana), strepitosi i dolci (abbiamo provato lo sfratto, la torta papalina, i cantucci e la torta di mele, consigliatissimi). Claudia, la proprietaria è simpaticissima e trasmette passione per la propria cucina. Servizio attento, simpatico e 'colto' (la spiegazione dell'origine di alcuni piatti, tipo la torta papalina e l'acquacotta è stata un graditissimo valore aggiunto). Brava, continua così. Decisamente consigliato.

Ottimo pranzo in famiglia, i prodotti a km 0 che caratterizzano il ristorante sono ottimi. Claudia ti fa sentire a casa. I piatti sono preparati con cura. Consigliatissimo
