We had dinner at this lovely restaurant. Everything was good, although we didn't like the fact that dishes like the venison stew or lamb chops were covered in fontina. Everything tasted like fontina, which was a shame because the meat was tender. I'd recommend a small bowl of fondue on the side so you can decide whether or not to add it.

We chose this place because it's close to where we're staying, and after reading a few reviews, we came with my partner and our son, who's just over a year old. The staff were helpful and friendly, the service was quick, and the food was good. The only thing that left us disappointed when we got the bill was that our son ordered a reduced-price pasta dish with meat sauce (since he doesn't eat a full menu yet), which cost him €15 when they offer a children's menu that includes a first course, second course, and ice cream for €16. A SHAME, I don't think we'll be back!!

The food is truly excellent, and the service is prompt and attentive. Everyone, from the maître d' to the wait staff, is incredibly friendly and treated us wonderfully, even though I was sick and only ordered plain pasta for my second meal! It makes you feel right at home!

The menu didn't entirely match what we'd seen online. It's a shame that many items were listed as frozen, which is perhaps a bit pricey for what's available. The cheese fondue was very good. Right in the center of Cervinia!

We tried Le Blason on our last evening...and in our opinion it is the best for quality-price..we ate very well at a price lower than the average in Cervinia..highly recommended!!

We had a late lunch and was lucky the restaurant opened until 1500. The food tastes rich and heavy flavored ( lots of cheese and a bit more salt), but just what we needed after a climb to Rifugio Duca degli Abruzzi. The lamb dish was incredible. The desserts were generous in portion and top notch in taste.
A great recommendation if you want to experience good Italian food in an Italian dining atmosphere.

Ristorante composto da un'ampia sala.
Servizio informale ma un po' impreciso con le cameriere che si fermavano a discutere negli angoli della sala.
Menu con qualche piatto tipico. Quantità e qualità più che sufficienti.

Siamo stati oggi a pranzo con il nostro Cane, siamo stati accettati con molto piacere, appena ci siamo seduti ci hanno portato la ciotola con acqua e bottiglia solo per lui.
Abbiamo mangiato una Raclette spettacolare e due dolci uno Strudel e un Tiramisù uno dei più buoni mai mangiati.
Camerieri super veloci e professionali.
Consigliatissimo. Da ritornarci.
