The food is truly excellent, and the service is prompt and attentive. Everyone, from the maître d' to the wait staff, is incredibly friendly and treated us wonderfully, even though I was sick and only ordered plain pasta for my second meal! It makes you feel right at home!

The menu didn't entirely match what we'd seen online. It's a shame that many items were listed as frozen, which is perhaps a bit pricey for what's available. The cheese fondue was very good. Right in the center of Cervinia!

We tried Le Blason on our last evening...and in our opinion it is the best for quality-price..we ate very well at a price lower than the average in Cervinia..highly recommended!!

We had a late lunch and was lucky the restaurant opened until 1500. The food tastes rich and heavy flavored ( lots of cheese and a bit more salt), but just what we needed after a climb to Rifugio Duca degli Abruzzi. The lamb dish was incredible. The desserts were generous in portion and top notch in taste. A great recommendation if you want to experience good Italian food in an Italian dining atmosphere.

Not entirely satisfied. I ordered tagliolini al salmone. It lacked flavor and wasn't very well presented. The service was okay.

The restaurant was recommended by our hotel and the experience didn’t disappoint A really homely feel with lovely food and excellent friendly service. The Genepi at the end was the icing on the cake. Would thoroughly recommend and we will go back when we can.

17/02/2025: Decent product quality, but mediocre and hasty service. We arrived at 10pm reading on Google that it would close at midnight. Then specifying that in 50 he would close the kitchen. That is, however, it doesn't mean that we don't have a pair of cutlery and two glasses. We fully understand the inconvenience of the customer at the last minute but ours is an experience that we will remember while for you we are just passing through.

18/02/2025: I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel and had a great time. Fantastic and helpful staff. Clean and welcoming room. The central location made the stay even more comfortable Highly recommended. I'll be back soon Daniela
16/02/2025: Need for renovation at least in the rooms and stairwells. The carpets are old as is the furniture in the rooms. It would be a good 4 star but not a 5 star. The room is very hot and makes it difficult to sleep. The bathroom is decidedly small, the toilet is literally attached to the door if you don't close it. The courtesy set is 4 stars. Dinner isn't bad. Central location.
