An elegant restaurant with a refined atmosphere in the center of Cervinia at absolutely reasonable prices. The polenta concia or Valdostana is truly delicious. Both versions are flavorful. The price is a bit higher for the wine.

Excellent food, super friendly and professional staff, who were able to advise us on the best local dishes. We were in Cervinia for four nights, and we chose them for all four, and we were happy to return every night!

We stayed in Cervinia from Monday to Friday, and luckily we tried this restaurant on our first night! The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and professional! Excellent food, generous portions, and reasonable prices—in fact, we returned on Tuesday and will be back in the coming days! Tiramisu is among the best in Italy! Compliments to all the staff. Update from this evening: in addition to meat, they also serve fish dishes, and those were also highly rated!

Ristorante composto da un'ampia sala. Servizio informale ma un po' impreciso con le cameriere che si fermavano a discutere negli angoli della sala. Menu con qualche piatto tipico. Quantità e qualità più che sufficienti. Conto adeguato.

07/03/2026: Our first night at Kraemerthal was so good (really lucky to get a table during carnival) we ended up going four times during our holiday. Paola and Tiziano were fabulous hosts and our joint Google translate efforts were fun - improved when my daughter arrived as our Italian translator! Really great food (the Tagliata was particularly good) and fab takeaway pizzas, along with a really friendly & welcoming team. We will definitely be back next time in Aosta.

Judith brasserie

05/09/2025: A very welcoming and unique restaurant. The French-speaking staff gave us excellent advice on our choice of dishes. The accompaniments to my dish (peppers and potatoes) could be improved. The peppers were inedible and full of seeds. A foreign object made its way into one of our desserts, but there was no problem, and the staff was understanding of the situation. We thank you for that.
23/08/2025: A welcoming and quaint place. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the flambéed beef cubes for their quality and originality, as well as the desserts. Highly recommended.
