Le Beef Bisteccheria In Rutigliano

We had dinner at this wonderful grill restaurant, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. We were greeted with simply extraordinary fried meatballs, so soft they literally melted in our mouths. It was a start that immediately won everyone over. While waiting for our first course, we enjoyed some of the most delicious and tender beef bombette skewers we've ever tasted: juicy, flavorful, perfectly cooked, a true feast for the palate. For our first course, we chose bronze-drawn fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, veal bites, and Parmesan fondue. A rich, creamy, and fragrant dish, with quality ingredients perfectly balanced. Perhaps it just needed a pinch of salt to make it absolutely perfect, but overall, it was truly delicious. Then we moved on to the grill: diaphragm with arugula, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan shavings, picanha, and heifer entrecôte. Everything was delicious! Tender, delicious, and impeccably cooked meat. An experience that combines quality ingredients, excellent preparation, and meticulous customer service. All washed down with a delicious Susumaniello di Puglia. Definitely a place to return to and one we recommend to anyone who loves properly prepared meat.

I visited this restaurant last night for the second time. The service was prompt and attentive, and the quality of the food, especially the meat, was excellent. The two of us had a small bottle of wine, water, roast beef carpaccio, and 700g of swuami meat, if I remember correctly. The flavor was very strong and the meat was incredibly tender. We also had a side of grilled vegetables and a house dessert. The quality/price ratio was good, in my opinion. We paid €42 each. Parking is available outside, which is definitely a plus.

Excellent pistachio meatballs, a real treat. I had been there 8 years ago in company and the bread was excellent.

Normally, I take photos of the dishes to share but this time it totally slipped my mind!!!! My, oh, my, it's probably the most delicious SASHI BEEF cut I've ever eaten! Thanks a lot to the super attentive and friendly staff - especially GIUSEPPE who carefully explained us the meat cuts before ordering! TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!
