Typical mountain structure, a truly kind and cordial welcome. The owner very knowledgeable about the presentation of wines. We tasted a platter of typical cured meats followed by a stewed sausage with polenta concia. Everything exceptional! I had never eaten polenta concia like this! Congratulations to all the staff of this wonderful place. We will definitely return if there is an opportunity! Highly recommended!

Cozy and nice place, kind and attentive staff, very good food

A real discovery in the heart of the Rhemes Valley! Over the long weekend of April 25th we tried this place as it is the only restaurant near our accommodation, and we enjoyed it so much that we had dinner there twice and went back three more times for breakfast. The dishes are elegant and refined without being sophisticated, the right portions to satisfy without weighing you down. The venison (off the menu, with the owner being correct in immediately indicating the price), the rib-eye breaded in rye and the crispy white chocolate bunet were very good. The Pinot Noir was also definitely worthy. The owners and the cook are extremely courteous, and they also definitely know how to deal with children, anticipating their needs. A place to return to and to recommend. They will definitely see us again, even when we don't have to stay in Val di Rhemes, because the quality of food and service are worth the trip. Ferri family

Spaghetti with a base of purple potato puree and minced sausages: delicious. Reasonable prices. For dessert, a grandmother's tart reminiscent of certain Norman tarts. Very friendly staff who set the mood in their room (flaming alcohol finger ritual, jokes, etc.). Very good address. However, remember to book!

Excellent menu both summer and winter

Alloggiavamo in zona e abbiamo provato questo ristorante. Menu molto ricercato con anche piatti di zona , ma con l assenza di cacciagione . Selezione di salumi e formaggi molto buona e varia , ma l agnello pensavo fosse lavorato un po’ di più visto il costo del piatto(30 euro) l’ho trovato un po’ basico , accompagnato da patate arrosto un po’ secche . Titolare e cameriera veramente gentilissimi . Prezzi un po’ alti però .
