Typical mountain environment, together with human and professional warmth. Excellent and very good dishes. Worth a stop.

Excellent. The dishes offered invite the customer to experiment with particular but absolutely perfect combinations. The environment is nice and welcoming. You don't go to Le Barmé de l'Ours just to eat but to pamper your palate and refine your sense of taste. Compliments to the chef!

We ate very well, the chef is really very good and imaginative, the owner Andrea, a very kind, helpful, friendly person and honestly we really had a great time, the dogs can come in and are even pampered with a bowl of water. Really very accurate location that tells a story, family but classy management, also Katia, Andrea's partner who serves in the dining room, very nice, kind and available to give advice. Well done guys, keep it up.

Alloggiavamo in zona e abbiamo provato questo ristorante. Menu molto ricercato con anche piatti di zona , ma con l assenza di cacciagione . Selezione di salumi e formaggi molto buona e varia , ma l agnello pensavo fosse lavorato un po’ di più visto il costo del piatto(30 euro) l’ho trovato un po’ basico , accompagnato da patate arrosto un po’ secche . Titolare e cameriera veramente gentilissimi . Prezzi un po’ alti però .

Ci è stato consigliato questo bellissimo locale, abbiamo mangiato veramente bene piatti particolari e buonissimi, il titolare e la cameriera gentilissimi!!! Consiglio di andarci a chi si trova nelle vicinanze.

01/02/2025: Every time I am amazed by the staff, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. Especially the kitchen staff, who work behind the scenes to bring the spectacle of the dishes to the table. When the dining room staff serves them with a smile and happiness, I wonder if they are works of art or dishes to eat. Every time, they take the client to the highest level and they always succeed. Highly recommended! Congratulations to all the staff who work with commitment and dedication to offer the customer what is missing in Valle il Fire🔥.

Rifugio Barma

08/10/2024: Stupendo rifugio che accosta lo stile di montagna con uno stile moderno. La vista sul lago è spettacolare. Menù tipico valdostano, con prezzi corretti per la qualità e la quantità che viene servita. Nota di merito alla polenta concia, la più buona che io abbia mai mangiato. Buonissimi anche gli gnocchi di pane e i dolci. Trattandosi di un rifugio, l'offerta del menù è davvero molto ampia. Il rifugio è molto grande, quindi in grado di ospitare numerosi coperti. Oltre al ristorante, offre anche la possibilità di pernottamento.
15/09/2024: Example of how a new refuge is built with the ancient mountain flavor, and also how it is managed by smart guys. The place is enchanting!
