Without fear of contradiction, the best fried rabbit ever created. The saffron hummus served with crunchy tostadas and the delicate courgette flowers that still tasted like meadow weren't even a joke. Special mention for the Brazilian waiter with that kind grace and softness that only they know. Interesting wine list and in fact we drank it. Best way to celebrate the first date night without children since time immemorial, I can't think of. We will come back for sure.

Le Barbatelle Wine Bar, Bevagna Bevagna, a small village but absolutely charming! We took a stroll and discovered it's a wine bar! Small sempa bar with typical dishes from the region! It was a total surprise with the welcome, the service and the dishes! The menu is very varied and interesting! We discovered the dishes were absolutely fresh, perfectly balanced and cooked! The owner is truly a very good cook! Very professional exemplary service! Thank you for this discovery ! Highly recommended!

We stopped for lunch at Le Barbatelle whilst cycling through Bevagna and were delighted that we did ! The bar has a lovely setting with a few small tables along the main street plus a larger deck area. The owner is American so English is spoken by all the staff and there's also an English menu. We had the mixed bruschetta (asparagus, cheese, tomato & olive oil), the ricotta stuffed courgette flowers and the mixed salad, all of which were exquisite and tasted so fresh. It goes without saying that the wine was equally delicious given we were in Bevagna ! Highly recommended.

Beautiful and well-kept environment, with a small kitchen they manage to organize quick dishes with typical and fresh products. Quality beer and wine. Competent and very kind staff.

A wonderful place to say the least. From the moment I entered I was amazed by the practicality and competence in this small kitchen. The chef was very courteous and helpful, the staff very knowledgeable both on a linguistic and behavioral level

Chef Jennifer is incredible! Limited selection of great food with a huge selection of wines. You can do wine tasting, by the glass or by the bottle. The fried rabbit was unique and excellent. The wild boar meatballs also great. You can do just a charcuterie tray, assorted bruschetta or asparagus wrapped in procuitto with a wine tasting and be fine for a lunch. Also scrumptious desserts. She also can be booked to cook a meal in your villa, cooking lessons or wine tasting tours. She is excellent in English and Italian.
