The tricolor roll was "outrageous!!!" Delicious! Quality ingredients, kind and friendly staff. We were in Imola in December, so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor seating, but the tables inside were comfortable, clean, and tidy. Excellent value for money!! Easy parking.

Osteria la Frasca Bologna

08/03/2026: A great spot just outside Bologna's city center. It's best to book ahead as it fills up quickly, even on a Sunday evening! They have a good selection of beers and dishes to share or enjoy on their own. The interior is quite noisy.
01/03/2026: Excellent osteria just a few steps from the center. They serve typical Bolognese dishes, including the lasagna, which is very good, as are the other first courses. I recommend trying the cutlet, which looks excellent. The desserts are tasty, though the dessert portions are a little small. The staff is kind and friendly. Recommended.
