We stayed here as part of our mountain bike tour across the Alps and were very satisfied. We had two double rooms. One was newly renovated, which was fantastic. The second room wasn't renovated yet, but was very spacious with two rooms. It worked perfectly for us. The service was very attentive and helpful, even though we had to overcome our language barriers.
Dinner and the following breakfast were extensive and delicious.
I'll be going back!

This place is located with lake views in Alleghe. It’s clean with a great location to the town. It has a bike store and a spa with a great sauna, steam pod and hot tub. You can get a sports massage. The breakfast is the best I have had yet! The night Porter Daniel makes a lethal mojito and a Bellini! Would definitely stay here again.

Top-notch hotel. A fantastic location right on the lake. Highly recommended for motorcycle holidays in the Dolomites. Centrally located, with plenty of space for mountain bikers on all sides.

Perfect base for hiking around Alleghe. Super knowledgeable and kind staff, spoke great English. Great breakfast and one of the better restaurants in town. Very reasonably priced. Great spa with massages, balcony view of the lake was unbelievable. Wouldn’t have rather stayed anywhere else!

Very friendly staff, special requests are accommodated, the food is delicious, and the price is right. Although a bit dated, it's clean and right on the lake with parking. The rooms are a bit cramped and a bit too warm for sleeping in June, with 30°C outside. The price is right, and they serve delicious ice cream.

We were there last year in July.
The rooms were good and quiet.
The reception staff were very friendly!
The same couldn't be said for the restaurant, though. Some of them made you feel out of place.
At breakfast, it was the same people who were unfriendly again. It's a shame.
The 3 stars are only for the reception, which pulled it off. Otherwise, there wouldn't be any.
PS: I highly recommend the hotel's laundry service! It's available through reception.
The evening meal was very good; we ate à la carte. The breakfast was one of the best of our entire trip – lots of choice and very good quality.

The same undeniable thoughtfulness and kindness from the Pra family...Caprile and Alleghe: a phone call from the Hotel Posta informed us that an unexpected kitchen problem made the dinner scheduled for 8 pm impossible. As an alternative, they offered us the stube at the Sport Hotel in Alleghe. Impeccable dinner!!
