Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel, not only was the town SO beautiful and didn't have the crazy crowds of some of the bigger towns in the Dolomites but we also had stunning views of the lake, the mountains and the town from every room in the hotel. The breakfast selection was absolutely amazing and the service was extremely friendly. Would love to come back.

Speaking of the structure itself, it has positive sides and only one negative as far as I'm concerned. The place where it is located is undoubtedly fantastic, not only because you are in front of the lake. But all the services are close at hand. The spa is small but functional. It has everything for relaxation. The restaurant is perhaps the flagship of this hotel. From the amazing food, really good and plentiful. At the service of the staff. Friendly, fast and super nice. I keep the sore point at the end... The room. Taken in economy ok, but the photos indicated a slightly attic ceiling. Our room had more than half the room like that. I'm 1.78. And I don't know how many times I hit my head. The bathroom is the same, I've never been able to take a shower standing up. The same thing for the vater. The room and furniture were not 4 star. But if you are lucky you will not fall into these rooms. The experience is 10 and praise.

There are many cute villages surrounding the Dolomites, a world heritage site in northern Italy, and of course you can enjoy winter sports, but seeing the Dolomites while descending the mountains on a long zip slide is a memorable experience. Enjoying hiking around the area and relaxing at the hotel while looking out at the lake, I felt relaxed and rejuvenated both physically and mentally. The mysterious scenery of the Dolomites, made of rock, can be seen from the surrounding villages.

Great restaurant! We were pleasantly surprised by the high level of service - the staff was attentive and friendly. All dishes were excellent: fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. And a wonderful view from the window.

We stopped for lunch on mid-August. A real discovery. Nice, well-kept and well-managed place, friendly and quick staff, excellent and well-presented dishes. At the end the managers took us on a tour of the facility, and this shows how much they care about their work. Well done, highly recommended place! We will be back...
