Solid thrown down Italian restaurant. Casual and unassuming but the food is excellent. The Spaghetti with Butter, stratechelli cheese, Iranian saffron a couple of slices of bacon on top. The selection of dishes here is truly exceptional and stands out significantly from many other restaurants. The tiramisu deserves special mention – the best I've ever eaten. A real culinary highlight. I do have one small suggestion: the waiters could occasionally spend a little more time with the guests. Aside from that, however, everything is perfect. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience and highly recommended.

Crotto del Lupo Ristorante

09/03/2026: On Sunday, we went to this Crotto for lunch, discovered by chance. It's in a great location overlooking Lake Como. We ordered various dishes, and they were delicious and plentiful. The desserts and wine were also good. The staff were very helpful and polite. Fair prices, convenient parking. Definitely worth a try.

26/02/2026: They're amazing. We had gluten-free food, everything was great and fast. The service was excellent. 100% recommended.
28/01/2026: I used to come here often in the late '90s; I had an office nearby. I rediscovered them last year, by chance, and I return every now and then. They're incredibly friendly, even when it's crowded, a rarity in Como. Always the best, the authentic piadina that the competition that has emerged in the meantime can only dream of.
