OMG. Guys, this is the place. As a non-descript wine bar, this place sneaks on you. The wine selection is out of this world. I asked for recommendation, and the staff handled it perfectly. Had a beautiful Sardinian Chardonnay. The food was truly divine, and a more modern take on Italian fare. Great change of pace from your local dishes. Had the lardo crudo with balsamic… home run. Followed up with a sheep carpaccio. No words to describe the perfect balance of flavors. Finished with a pistachio pesto lasagna. Kill me. Truly this place flies under the radar as a wine bar, but the food only elevates the wine selections to a new level. Go, tell everyone. This may be the best hidden gem in Trastavere. 11/10

The best meal I had in Rome. Went twice on a three day trip. The proprietor knows everything about wine. Amazing selection of local, natural wines. The pistachio lasagna is amazing. This is not a place for touristy cacio e pepe or whatever. This is a place to enjoy a bottle of wine (or two) with amazing food sourced from local ingredients for several slow hours. And the price to value ratio is very very high. I will come to this place the first night every night I’m back in Rome.

Good wine, nice atmosphere, very friendly staff but limited range of dishes. Meatballs in wine unfortunately have an unpleasant taste, fat and full of nerves. They looked like they were made from meat scraps. Paid bread basket. I spent 30 euros to eat tasteless meatballs, a small plate of chicory and a glass of wine, a bit too much... More suitable for an aperitif than for dinner.

Everything perfect: excellent choice of wines to accompany simple dishes (good raw materials, beautiful presentation). Highly recommended for a super aperitif or quick dinner

Loved our experience at Latteria. They have a fantastic selection of wine but the food was the real star for me. The cannelloni was amazing and one of the best dishes I've had in Rome. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. Would love to go back the next time I am in Rome.

Lovely place with a warm and hearty service.

Interesting Trastevere area with a notable selection of refined wines and aperitifs. Tried for an aperitif upon reservation: very kind already on the phone. Large and varied selection of white, red and spirits wines. The place is not very large but has a large outdoor area with blankets for warming up included. The only flaw in our order were the desserts: not particularly sophisticated like the rest of the options, very small and expensive. Staff very attentive to your experience. High price, also thanks to the price of the labels. Recommended, it drinks very well.

So lovely that we went twice during our seven day stay in Rome. Had some fine, unusual wines. The cheeses and cured meats were great. We loved the pumpkin bruschetta and the white lasagna with pistachio pesto.
