Lato B, located in Palermo on Via Mariano Stabile, just steps from the Teatro Massimo, was a real discovery! The tastefully decorated venue boasts a special stage for performances and a relaxing outdoor patio. The ingredients are top-quality and the staff is professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

The dishes presented demonstrated excellent quality, both in the ingredients used and in the preparation. Each bite reflected the freshness and dedication of the kitchen. The space was another strong point, marked by a careful and harmonious decor. Despite the quality of the dishes, I felt the menu lacked greater diversity. The options were limited, especially for those who prefer meat-based dishes. In short, the restaurant provides a very positive experience, supported by tasty food, excellent presentation, and a friendly staff. The only drawback was the limited menu variety, especially in meat options.

The fusilli, the meat with potatoes and the ganache for dessert are delicious. Excellent service, enthusiastic and helpful. Azzurra in the kitchen is a marvel. We must return!! Highly recommended

I was here with my girlfriend, we had two appetizers and two first courses, everything was really delicious, even though you might think it is a more chic place with gourmet portions, we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance, just right, not extreme like in many other restaurants in the area, very high quality of the raw materials, really good combinations and impeccable service, we received for the first time the famous Sicilian welcome that we hear so much about, we highly recommend it especially for an intimate dinner

What can I say, we booked with The Fork. Starting from the fantastic environment, with wonderful background music and also excellent for a romantic dinner. Let's start with the dishes that were one better than the other. A real pleasure especially for those who love to travel and know these flavors. We ate a ceviche that seemed to us to be back in Panama, a tuna that melted in the mouth with a wonderful sauce. Also the first course with spaghettoni shrimp and tenerumi and a second with smoked tuna tataki gazpacho simply wonderful. Asking who the chef was we pleasantly discovered it was Azzurra from Masterchef 10 who was really kind to introduce herself and come to meet us. Always nice to talk to someone who has traveled a lot but still remains faithful to their origins. All the staff of the place are also very kind. It really deserves a lot

One word: WONDERFUL DINNER After a year since I returned from Panama, I ate the best Ceviche in Italy. My husband and I took 2 appetizers and 2 SPECTACULAR first courses. Azzurra, FANTASTIC She came to greet us and introduce herself and she is really nice, kind and very friendly If you are in Palermo you absolutely must come here to try this cuisine that blends Asian flavors with Sicilian flavors, PERFECTLY Thanks Azzurra and all the staff, very kind!

Splendida cornice la musica in sottofondo. Cortesia estrema dello staff. Ottima chef! Cibo:materia prima top level, cucina sublime e presentazione del piatto eccellente! Una nota positiva anche per il panificio con cui collaborano e in particolare ottimi i suoi savoiardi utilizzati per il tiramisù (ottimo come tutto il resto!). Conto adeguato ... noi in più abbiamo usufruito di uno sconto the fork. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Si ritorna sempre, nei posti in cui si può godere di una cena con un’esplosione di attenzioni e buon gusto. Piatti interessanti, resi particolari, dalla mano femminile della chef Azzurra D'Arpa, che pur nella loro semplicità, conservano il rispetto delle materie prime di altissima qualità, e l attenzione alle esigenze del cliente. Nota dolente, l assenza di una carta vini, con presentazione a voce delle sole due cantine presenti, un solo metodo classico e due gradevoli prosecchi, imbarazzante doverne richiederne i prezzi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, soprattutto per la scontistica The Fork del 50 %
