Si ritorna sempre, nei posti in cui si può godere di una cena con un’esplosione di attenzioni e buon gusto. Piatti interessanti, resi particolari, dalla mano femminile della chef Azzurra D'Arpa, che pur nella loro semplicità, conservano il rispetto delle materie prime di altissima qualità, e l attenzione alle esigenze del cliente. Nota dolente, l assenza di una carta vini, con presentazione a voce delle sole due cantine presenti, un solo metodo classico e due gradevoli prosecchi, imbarazzante doverne richiederne i prezzi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, soprattutto per la scontistica The Fork del 50 %

A lot of care, excellent proposals. Fast and attentive customer service. The list of wines that were proposed verbally was missing, which I think is inelegant because it seems rude to ask for the price that you then only see on the receipt (and in any case normal)

Positive experience at this restaurant, next to the Hotel delle Palme. The cook, fresh from a semi-final on Masterchef, demonstrates good skill, with the combination of local and non-local raw materials, with well-cooked and pleasantly presented dishes. Pleasant service, normal prices, the environment could be more refined.

What can I say, space-age food to say the least, excellent service and courteous staff, ambiance that needs to be revised a bit, and the chairs that make too much noise when one perhaps approaches the table or moves to get up from the table need to be fixed, after all the jazz music inside suits us perfectly, top atmosphere, I recommend it.

I discovered the place through the TheFork app. The location is central but quiet, easy to reach and also find parking. A well-studied menu, between traditional and innovation. Very kind and helpful service. All very good. Good quantities and fair bill in relation to quality/price, I attach photos of dishes: salmon tartare, tuna sashimi, squid fettuccine, mezzamaniche with potato macco, prawns and red tuna bottarga, stuffed squid and tuna tataki.

Locale che si trova ad un livello inferiore al piano stradale (un po' come i pub anglosassoni) e forse anche per questo risulta un posto accogliente e raccolto. Tavoli apparecchiati in modo accurato, ma con tovaglieria di carta (ormai usanza abbastanza diffusa ma che personalmente non amo). Cibo molto buono, dagli antipasti al dolce, con porzioni giuste e tempi di attesa nella norma; personale cortese e simpatico. I prezzi dei piatti non sono proprio economici ma direi ormai in linea con qualsiasi altro locale del medesimo livello (noi comunque abbiamo ottenuto un buon risparmio prenotando con The Fork), mentre oggettivamente troppo alti mi sono sembrati quelli delle bevande e del coperto; un po' limitata la scelta del menù.

An address to discover in Palermo! Refined cuisine to delight the taste buds in a very nice atmosphere! Curried salmon tartare, stuffed squid, tuna tataki... A treat!

Arriving for the first time in this delightful place we were welcomed with spontaneous smiles and professionalism, pampered right away. During dinner you could sense a sincere interest in wanting to make the customer feel good. What about the chef.....very good👏😊We ate very well! Thanks guys, we'll see each other again 😉

We popped in for a drink(s) on our way home. If you’re into jazz and blues this is a must see in Palermo. Very relaxed yet super efficient where you are made to feel like a king. Lighting, decor, music and service makes this a very cool place. I’ll be back.
