l'asprese In Casperia

We stumbled upon it by chance for the first time months ago and I ate the tagliatelle with chestnuts and asparagus very well and the wild boar for the second course. I added the dessert because it was the zuppa inglese which is rare to find. I didn't write a review because one swallow doesn't make a summer and I promised myself I would return to see my first impressions confirmed or denied. What can I say: excellent, I ate the fettuccine alla bandiera (pachino and asparagus) simply superlative and the pork loin with plums and apples truly exceptional. For the dessert I confirmed the zuppa inglese which is how my grandmother used to make it. The scomposta with berries (or Nutella) is also really good. I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

We return to eat at l'Asprese every time we pass by these parts. The welcome is familiar and the dishes are tasty and quality. Honest prices. For us a point of reference in the Rieti area!

Great food. Service was below average. My husband got his secondi first, his primi came 1 minute later and the rest of the table had nothing. Little by little something came on the table in random order, whereby my mother had to wait over an hour for a dish at all. Quality was very good, only the way things were done was below average when we were there on a Sunday afternoon. Who knows, it might be better on other days. Oh yeah and the grill made it very warm inside on a sunny day.

Ottima esperienza. Ho mangiato una tagliata cotta alla perfezione. Serata veramente piacevole. Pasta fatta in casa. Le fettuccine all'apparenza sottili erano invece di una buona consistenza. Ottima anche la focaccia con la quale abbiamo accompagnato le verdure grigliate. Buonissimo poi i dolci. Uno squisito tiramisù!

Excellent experience. I ate a steak cooked to perfection. Really enjoyable evening. Homemade pasta. The seemingly thin fettuccine was actually of a good consistency. The focaccia with which we accompanied the grilled vegetables was also excellent. The desserts are also very good. An exquisite tiramisu!

Beautiful place, delicious food, very fresh fish

Delicious and plentiful food (legendary pappardelle and creme brulee) also at a reasonable price. I will definitely come back.

Ottimo cibo genuino e tanta cordialità. Ci torneremo. Peraltro si trova in un posto tranquillo con parcheggio privato a disposizione.
