The meat in this restaurant is delicious, cooked just right, and the chef's advice ALSO helps us not to overdo it with our orders... because when you look at the menu, you'll want to order everything... In short, a lovely experience, not to mention that, even if you don't do it, you can finish the sirloin with your hands and no one will look askance at you 😉

sono andato 2 volte a civitanova in vacanza, e sono stato 3 volte a mangiare dall'arigiano della carne, una volta a soli 2 giorni di distanza. behh il nome è azzeccato! carne di ottima qualità, cotture perfette, scelta di vini molto buona, sono dei professionisti. prezzi altini, ma con questa qualità si giustificano, una degustazione di 3/4 carni con porzioni giuste, ne esagerate ne scarse e un vino "medio buono", amaro e caffè si va sui 50/60 a persona. una stella in meno per un motivo, la location se pur arredata discretamente è il garage di un condominio, forse un pochino triste ecco, i tavoli fuori sono come messi li fuori luogo, e una ventina di euro in meno nel conto totale alzerebbero la qualità prezzo alle stelle. comunque tornerò sicuramente perché fanno molto bene il loro lavoro! bravi.
