Great place. I recommend it for anyone who is a true meat lover. The tartare is nothing short of sublime. ... But such a good meal. I think it will be difficult to find one like it. First course of Campofilone pappardelle with wild boar ragù (in white). Second courses of meat to indulge in. The meat is accompanied with sauces (separately).

On Saturday evening we had dinner at L'Artigiano della Carne, a restaurant located on the northern seafront of Civitanova, characterized by a welcoming atmosphere. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a welcome flute accompanied by savory pralines, a delicious touch that introduced the evening pleasantly. As a starter we chose two tartares (egg and pizzaiola), both executed with precision. Next, as a second course, we shared the Prussian beef loin: meat of notable quality, served with the possibility of finishing cooking on a soapstone, a detail that contributes to a convivial and interactive experience. If I may allow myself to give some advice, the sauces accompanying the meat do not compromise the quality of the meat, but they are a little "poor" and not entirely up to the level of the main product. A bolder proposal, such as cuts of meat already enhanced by condiments designed by the kitchen (for example, cheese fondues with dried fruit, or accompaniments based on lard, radicchio or seasonal ingredients), could make the dish even more appreciable. The service was quick and attentive, a further plus. Finally, prices are adequate for the quality of the raw materials offered. The wine list is good with interesting national proposals. Overall, a pleasant experience that lends itself to some small evolution to reach an even greater level of excellence.

Excellent quality of the raw material and its workmanship. I recommend the tartare (especially the one with egg), the pappardelle with wild boar and the particular meats. We will definitely be back to try other dishes!

A small, well-kept restaurant on the northern seafront of Civitanova Marche. Very trained staff. As for meat, they have many types of cuts and animals with no gluten contamination during cooking.

Let me start by saying that I don't usually write reviews, but the restaurant deserves a 10/10. Exceptional owner, exceptional staff, polite, helpful, friendly and TOP OF THE TOP meat, it's all very good and with attention to detail. I've been doing the takeaway service 4/5 times now and I can only compliment you.

One evening for dinner in this place, chosen at random. An excellent welcome, then the food was a fabulous experience starting from the starter, the meat accompanied by sauces and salt of various flavors was magnificent, the wine was also excellent.

Small restaurant that serves cold cuts, cheeses and very special meats: there are sliced ​​reindeer, kangaroo, bison, sliced ​​fallow deer and roe deer, just to name a few. We ate very well, with an expense in line with what was offered. The Varnelli ice cream is excellent. We'll be back!

05/05/2025: Lunch break during the week where for two pieces of lamb in red sauce (quite a particular dish, but certainly not exceptional), as a main course, and a plate of vegetables at the buffet they asked me 26 euros. Honestly, considering everything, they seemed a bit exaggerated to me. Démodé environment, precise service, but a few half smiles from waiters and managers wouldn't hurt. The vegetable buffet solution is very nice and convenient, even if the most delicious things disappear quickly and are not put back as quickly. Coffee at the end of the meal truly to forget. 3 stars only for the buffet.

13/04/2025: Family-run deli-rotisserie with some seating both inside and outside. Nice and welcoming, food prepared like grandma's cooking! Honest prices!
