Honestly, I'd never heard of this pizzeria, but that's my fault, as I've lived outside the region for years. But one evening in August, we were looking for a pizzeria in Mercato San Severino and stumbled upon this place. Well, what can I say? It was a five-star experience. We ordered four pizzas, each one better than the last. So, even though it's a bit late, I'd like to congratulate the pizza chef on his ability to recreate the true flavors of the past.

After ordering takeout, when asked for mayonnaise, he replied, "We need it; they don't make the sachets anymore." (Which isn't true.) It can't be considered a pizzeria. A basic service is missing. Therefore, if you order fries, remember to buy your sauces elsewhere.

During our trip we stopped at Mercato San Severino and bought our take-away dinner here: a delicious panuozzo nr. 26: buffalo mozzarella, yellow datterino, bacon km0, €12.00 cheese, pepper and some eggplant meatballs. When we got home a few minutes later we discovered truly unmissable goodness and quality.

28/08/2025: I went there last night with my wife and we had a pizza and a pork chop sandwich. The pizza dough is light and flavorful on its own, and the high-quality ingredients on top were perfectly balanced. The pork chop in the sandwich melted in your mouth because it was so tender and flavorful. I can only say that we ate, not just poorly, but very well. The staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back.

21/10/2025: We were Francesco's guests to celebrate my son's baptism. The estate is beyond enchanting and evocative, especially at night with its lights. The aperitif was truly plentiful and delicious. Dinner amazed us all because every course was cooked to perfection. I'm writing this review, but during the ceremony they really did a great job of promoting themselves because all the guests were so impressed and delighted with the food. Highly recommended.
11/09/2025: The place is magnificent, so green and the food is good too. We were there for a wedding and it was very well organized.
