Panuozzo da Salvatore is now a fixed stop, both for takeaway and in the dining room the quality is superior to all the places in the area and beyond. The pizza and fried food are also excellent, not to mention the friendliness of Salvatore and the staff. I highly recommend.

I have been to this place several times, impossible to find critical points. Salvatore's panuozzo is without a doubt the best you can eat in the area. I recommend this experience to everyone, both for the food and for Salvatore's welcome and friendliness.

Abbiamo preso solo il panuozzo, molto buono! Anche il servizio è stato gentile! Il locale è un po’ piccolo, forse la disposizione dei tavoli non è al meglio, per alzarci dal tavolo ci è toccato far alzare più volte anche le persone di fianco… ma tutto sommato siamo stati bene, penso di ritornarci!

26/01/2025: A small corner of tradition among the historic alleys of characteristic Sieti. The quality of the food is incredible, the annurca apple parmigiana is notable as is the borage one. Very high quality of products, with particular attention to enhancing the product and giving the customer a few dishes but of extreme quality, prepared and researched in an excellent manner. Also worth admiring is the room, intimate but enlivened by the owners' efficient and loving service. A place to return to, where you can be sure of eating well. Highly recommended.
18/01/2025: For several years now this restaurant has been our favorite place: few tables, a lot of passion for cooking, courtesy and kindness towards guests. The menu varies based on seasonal products and the dishes are never too salty or fatty, because the chef cooks carefully and in a delicate and careful manner. Excellent desserts. Sabrina and Aurelio

21/02/2025: I have been to Birstro 2.0 several times and every time it is a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and lively, perfect for an evening with friends or to meet new people. The beer selection is impressive, with a wide range of craft and international labels. The staff is always friendly and helpful, ready to recommend the right beer for your tastes. But Birstrò 2.0 is not just beer! The menu also offers a variety of delicious dishes, from pub classics like burgers and fries, to more original and tasty options. I have tried several things from the menu and have always been satisfied. The prices are fair, especially considering the quality of the food and drinks. I highly recommend visiting Birstrò 2.0 if you are looking for a place to drink a good beer, eat well and spend a pleasant evening in company."
