We thoroughly enjoyed the pizza; paper-thin crust, generous toppings, the best pizza we've had in ages. They also accommodate special requests, like half Diavolo and half Quattro Formaggi in one pizza. Always worth a visit.

L'Arte Della Pizza in San Vito dei Normanni (at Viale Europa, 27) has become a regular stop: my friend Alessio and I come every Saturday, and it never disappoints!
The place is in a great, very convenient location, and in the summer, it's fantastic to be able to ask for a table outside near the pine forest to enjoy the atmosphere. The staff is simply excellent, always attentive and friendly, and the chef is truly charming and makes you feel at home. The food is delicious: I completely agree with those who say the dough is super easy to digest. There are so many options for side dishes, the pizza is excellent, and the fried foods and panzerotti are also delicious. Plus, the prices are very fair (around €10-20).
But the best part is also the wonderful atmosphere. Just the other day, we met two American guys, we started chatting, and we took some photos together. We also met a very kind lady from the North who explained everything to us thoroughly, and we even took a photo with her beautiful dog!
In short, everything was delicious, the staff and chef are exceptional, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Highly recommended!

We come to this place very often; it's become our Saturday staple, and it never ceases to amaze us!
The food is always excellent: dishes prepared with extreme care, top-quality ingredients, and flavors that captivate you every time. But beyond the extraordinary cuisine, what keeps us coming back week after week is the soul of this place. We've found the staff to be truly friendly, always smiling, professional, and ready to make you feel pampered from start to finish.
The atmosphere is also unique, thanks to a very welcoming and sociable clientele. During our last dinner, this convivial atmosphere led us to meet two very nice American guys sitting next to us. We spent a fantastic evening chatting together, and at the end, we even took a photo to commemorate this wonderful encounter!
It's rare to find a restaurant that manages to combine such delicious food with such human warmth. Highly recommended to everyone... and, as always, we'll see you next Saturday!

By far one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten – paper-thin, just like you'd expect from a real Italian restaurant.
The polpette and panzerotti are also highly recommended.
The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. We always felt truly welcome, which, unfortunately, isn't always the case for tourists.
The prices are fantastic too!
We wholeheartedly recommend this place – and it definitely won't be our last visit. Grazie mille!!! 🙏
