Small, simple and charming place, recently renovated with taste. Come here only if you are looking for a good pizza (nothing else, like first courses, second courses, wine cellars etc), thin, crunchy with a digestible dough, well-measured ingredients. The fries are also excellent (crispy even after they have cooled) and the meatballs. It will accompany your pizza, the smile and sweetness of Cinzia, who together with her husband have been carrying out this business for many years. Tip: go there during the week, you will avoid the takeaway on Saturday.

Rassegnati alla solita pizza cruda o bruciata, piena di bolle, gommosa, bagnata al centro, poco lievitata, con punta moscia, guarnita con condimenti di bassa qualità, cornicioni alti un metro e chi più ne ha più ne metta, ci introduciamo nel piccolo ambiente accolti dai sorrisi cordiali e simpatici dei giovani gestori. Ottimo il rapporto tavoli superficie, ottima la sonorità della sala e la sua gestione, strutturata su un servizio veloce e attento. La grande sorpresa, sta nelle pizze. Non solo belle a vedersi, che è già tanto, ma del tutto straordinarie nella base, sottile, ben stesa, asciutta e croccante, supporto di una guarnizione fresca e di ottima qualità. Parlo di salumi, mozzarella, pomodori, tonno, funghi... Sapiente la distribuzione dei condimenti, perfetta la cottura e la gestione del forno a legna. Leggerezza a vendersi. Giudizio: verosimilmente la migliore pizza degustata in provincia negli ultimi due anni, "nominata" tra le proposte di un cluster di oltre cinquanta locali che ho ben in mente, magari qualcuno in più, molto più blasonati ma non poco deludenti... Insomma, un'esperienza degustativa che ci regala il sapore di una piacevole serata. Ragazzi, non conosco il vostro nome, ma ci rivedremo presto. Tenete duro e ... chapeau!
