The place is not too big, the staff is exceptional, the place is informal, you can eat excellent arrosticini and very good bruschetta. Fair price, recommended.

The place is very large, but always very busy on weekends, so reservations are definitely recommended.
We tried several bruschettas, all very good. The culatello platter was a little less satisfying, not exceptional and very meager for the price.
As for the arrosticini, we tried them all: from the regular ones to the 30- and 40-gram ones. All were truly excellent and well-cooked.
Desserts were average.
Wines were practically nonexistent; I would definitely recommend adding a few more bottles to give customers a choice.

Superb arrosticini and a variety of cured meats and cheeses. You can choose from several bottled and house wines, as well as beers. The interior is very welcoming and spacious.

It's a shame 5 stars is the maximum.
The arrosticini are spectacular. Grilled on the classic Abruzzo fornacelle grills, using quality meat. Classic Angus beef, with truffle, or liver and onion. I personally love the classic 20-gram pieces cut with a cutter, but they also have larger, hand-cut ones.
The appetizers and side dishes are varied and tasty.
They don't do first courses, but when you have some bruschetta (with spreadable lard or soft Abruzzo sausage 😋😋😋), you won't miss it.
The place is beautiful. An industrial warehouse converted into a restaurant with several rooms and plenty of seating. Really cute.
And then the staff!!! The guys are friendly, polite, and always (I emphasize ALWAYS) smiling!
The kitchen is open until very late at night; even at 1:30 in the morning you can still eat!!!
Let's finish with the price. In a world where arrosticini start at one euro everywhere, finding a restaurant that makes them starting at 0.70... and of excellent quality, is the best.
I recommend it to everyone. The BEST 🔝🔝🔝

The hand-sliced Angus and sheep skewers were delicious, tender, and perfectly cooked. The Abruzzo sausage bruschetta tasted exquisite, as did the new cheese and egg balls with sauce. Overall, the quality is truly excellent. If I had to find a flaw, I personally wasn't a fan of the type of bread used for the bruschetta: it's the bland kind with a firm crumb, but it's probably the most suitable for these dishes. The ferratelle were good, but the crunchy ones were the ones with the flatbread. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic place where you can enjoy juicy and flavorful arrosticini. I've never tried the liver ones, and they were exceptional. The wine was also good. Prices are okay. Definitely worth trying again.
