Sotto le aspettative, facendo riferimento anche alla guida "osterie d'Italia". Indiscutibile la qualità del vino, il brasato al Barbaresco un buon piatto quasi casalingo, l'antipasto misto tradizionale tra alti e bassi, ottima l'entréé
della giardiniera "antipasto piemontese ? ". Un bagno solo per un locale con un centinaio di coperti é un pò poco (ci saranno vincoli della Sovrintendenza ?), imbarazzante l'attesa fuori dal bagno davanti agli altri commensali....

It is absolutely worth trying if you are in the Neive area, you eat the dishes first with your eyes, braised meat in Barolo that melts in your mouth, indescribable veal with tuna, never eaten so good, tajarin with truffles did not disappoint expectations
and we want to talk about the dessert with mascarpone and caramelized pears..

I couldn't say how the rooms are, I had lunch and I found a varied menu with all the foods indicated with various allergens, very nice food and excellent wines... fantastic place... to be recommended...

We had dinner at this beautiful restaurant for my birthday. Truly superb homemade pasta with white truffle, amazing Barbaresco braised meat and to conclude, cream ice cream with white truffle... don't let me tell you!
Warm and welcoming atmosphere, but above all Vladimiro and his collaborators are truly rare in their kindness and professionalism! It was wonderful listening to them describe the wines and cellars, they recommended a really excellent bottle. Friendly and kind, they made our dinner, already fantastic due to the very high quality of the products, truly unforgettable! Thanks for everything and see you soon!

non il solito ristorante nelle Langhe ma ormai in tanti cercano di proporre qualcosa che vada oltre la tradizione.
All’Aromatario però troverete in aggiunta a del buon cibo un’ampia offerta di vini a ricarichi ragionevoli, l’invidiabile posizione in centro è un tranquillo dehor in cui godersi una bella giornata di sole.
nella mia ultima visita ho adorato il bao che strizzava l’occhio alla cucina piemontese.
