Superb private dining experience. Stellar food and great rare wines.

We had dinner at this restaurant and we had a really great time. Refined cuisine with excellent, quality raw materials. The dessert was out of this world. The guys who run it are young and enterprising, they add value to the area. It's a must-see!

Non posso dire che abbaiamo mangiato male questo no. Sarebbe scorretto. Anzi in qualche piatto vi era un guizzo di novità. Il servizio pessimo. Tu che sta in sala devi far stare il tuo ospite bene, anche perché perdi pure soldi siamo stati 25 minuti in attesa che tu finissi di parlare e bere ad un altro tavolo e volevamo chiederti del dolce invece ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via. Sei troppo scarso

A magical place. Small, nice service, really hospitable. And then the impeccable and intriguing cuisine. New and innovative dishes every time. You can never go wrong here. The music playlist is also worth it.

Carmine in sala e Sato in cucina sono l'emblema della cortesia e della professionalità, con la non comune capacità di mettere tutti a proprio agio, dalla coppia in cerca di una cena romantica ai clienti abituali con desiderio (pienamente soddisfatto) di sperimentare sapori sempre nuovi. Alcune etichette davvero top e non facilmente reperibili ... Carmine la sa lunga. E poi ci permettono di dimenticarci per un po' dei tipici piatti della Valle, ottimi, ma davvero killer. BRAVI

There are no words to describe the beauty and goodness of this place. Japanese chef integrated very well into the Aosta Valley environment, who manages to express his creativity with the territory. Overall, a remarkable experience!

Arriving for dinner, we immediately felt welcomed and pleasantly surprised by the space-age, perfect dishes. great wines and service, we loved everything from start to finish. Thanks Carmine. See you soon!

Superb culinary experience! Small but very creative menu, excellent quality and taste. I love the small details such the steak knife and special spoons. We didn’t try the wines , but there was a fine selection available. The whole family was really impressed by the experience, probably the best dinner during our 7 day stay in Courmayeur.
