A convenient hotel, so close yet so far from everything. Very good service from all the staff. The room was small, with a huge curtain that couldn't keep out the light.

Dear all, I stayed at this hotel for just one night. My experience was positive but not exceptional. The stairs and corridor were dark.

An excellent hotel in every sense! The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff were extremely professional, respectful, and always ready to help with anything we needed—smoothly and with a smile. The location is great: close to both Como and Bellagio, yet situated in a peaceful and quiet area. Plenty of free parking is available, which is a big plus in this region. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return in the future! Excellent hotel in every way! Really nice hotel in a modern style, very clean rooms equipped with every comfort. The staff is available for any request. I had dinner and I must say excellent food and fast service. Highly recommended!

The rooms are aesthetic, but cramped. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need, but the shower only has a rain shower. The location of the hotel is charming, the structure of the hotel is interesting, the food is very tasty, but without vegetables and almost no fruit. The only problem was the service, especially the men, who worked like a punishment

Room temperature but above all bathroom temperature excessively high

Could do better for a 4 star hotel. Room ok but the bathroom leaves something to be desired, in its original state, shower head good to change… nothing exceptional

The staff is friendly, the location is excellent for going to Como but the room I was given (I was away with school) was not very clean regarding the sanitary fixtures. I hope to return with my family and receive a better room than the one given to me.

Excellent hotel where we stayed during the Offresi Supplier Fair. Excellent and varied breakfast, in particular I have to compliment the quality of the soy milk which is not easy to feel so good in hotels. Well done, we'll be back!
