The rooms are aesthetic, but cramped. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need, but the shower only has a rain shower. The location of the hotel is charming, the structure of the hotel is interesting, the food is very tasty, but without vegetables and almost no fruit. The only problem was the service, especially the men, who worked like a punishment

Could do better for a 4 star hotel. Room ok but the bathroom leaves something to be desired, in its original state, shower head good to change… nothing exceptional

The staff is friendly, the location is excellent for going to Como but the room I was given (I was away with school) was not very clean regarding the sanitary fixtures. I hope to return with my family and receive a better room than the one given to me.

Excellent hotel where we stayed during the Offresi Supplier Fair. Excellent and varied breakfast, in particular I have to compliment the quality of the soy milk which is not easy to feel so good in hotels. Well done, we'll be back!

Clean room. Beautiful hotel and nice breakfast. Free parking space. On the other hand, old TV, impossible to put Netflix or YouTube and only 1 French channel. Too expensive (more than 100 €) compared to other hotels, much cheaper and better.

Good rooms, cozy stay, good hygienic food and friendly staff. This is situated near lake como and there are some very good hiking spots nearby to explore. Surrounded by serene landscape, this has many things to offer. We stayed here for 2 days and explored some of the best hidden gems around. The hotel rooms are really good and very well maintained. You can even request food depending on your taste.

Good location between Como and Lecco (closer to Lecco). Decent rooms (the second floor has many bathrooms with faulty drains or broken lids), excellent breakfast with many sweet and savory buffets. Good cuisine. Excellent service and kindness. For groups of kids in school there is no place to be together, at least they don't allow it.

Good morning. I recommend installing bathrooms near the basement meeting room. Plan one for going to the bathroom!

Get on and off the hill behind the hotel After parking, enter the building through the back door of the hotel. A staff member comes out and gives directions. The lobby is on the 0th floor and is small. Have them wait in the upstairs lobby and hand them out after check-in. There is also a room on the 0th floor.
