12/07/2025: I came to Baffone after many years, and for the first time "à la carte." I had only tried the ceremonies, and I must say it was very good. On the other hand, I noticed that the "à la carte" experience was overall not bad, but the prices were decidedly outrageous for the quantities, especially for the appetizer, which was advertised as serving 4 but clearly serving 2 people. The attitude of the ordering staff was decidedly superficial and impolite. The white wine I ordered tasted almost like vinegar, but the rest of the drinks were good.

06/07/2025: Splendid location in the cool of Vivaro, a stone's throw from Nemi and Ariccia. Decent food, not exceptional, but the place is worth a lot and makes up for the shortcomings
