Ci vuole forza di carattere, coraggio di uscire dagli schemi o dalla comfort zone e passione per il proprio lavoro, per proporre piatti con accostamenti azzardati.
Il luogo è bello, immerso nel verde e arredato in modo moderno, elegante e adatto al territorio.
Accoglienza perfetta, personale gentile e attento.
Sommelier capace, attento…ha perfettamente interpretato la richiesta. Bravo!
Il percorso del menù è interessante, ma non è per tutti, qualche accostamento risulta non del tutto centrato anche su come il menù comporta viene raccontato tra gusti amari, sapidità e un po’ di dolcezza il tutto legato alla stagionalità. Invece c’è un eccesso di sapori dolci iniziali che - personalmente - tolgono un po’ l’ appetito. Poi ci sono piatti straordinari come il crostone di pane, la seppia, i due tipi di paste ripiene… e il gelato allo zafferano.
Insomma bella esperienza…ma…il troppo dolce….

The place is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and furnished in a modern, elegant way and suited to the area.
Perfect welcome, kind and attentive staff.
Capable, attentive sommelier...he interpreted the request perfectly. Bravo!
The menu path is interesting, but it is not for everyone, some combinations are not entirely centered even on how the menu involves bitter tastes, savouriness and a bit of sweetness, all linked to seasonality. Instead there is an excess of initial sweet flavors which - personally - take away the appetite a little. Then there are extraordinary dishes such as crusty bread, cuttlefish, the two types of stuffed pasta... and saffron ice cream.
In short, a nice experience...but...it was too sweet...

Fantastic evening that we won't forget.
Everything impeccable, from the refined and surprising dishes to the selected wines, and finally the liqueur they produce.
The service is attentive, friendly and warm.
The moment when chef Antonia Klugmann came to greet us at the table was unique and exciting.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a high-level culinary experience.

To get to the restaurant, a beautiful mix of ancient and modern, you cross the Prepotto vineyards immersed in a bucolic landscape of poignant beauty. The experience that is offered to you, from the reception to the cuisine and ending with the room service, is never recitative but characterized by sincere passion and competence. The cuisine, which makes extensive use of aromatic and spontaneous herbs, could be defined as local but I believe it is much more. Here we have the territory for Antonia Klugman. This is a cuisine that has a strong, precise and very personal idea behind it. Come with an open mind to be contaminated by the ideas and provocations of a cuisine capable of transforming a piece of toasted bread into absolute pleasure. Prices absolutely in line with the offer proposal. Well done!

We received this superlative dinner as a gift, a special compliment to all the staff who transformed a dinner into a unique emotion. The courses are a rainbow of aromas but they must be tasted savoring every little nuance, certainly the portions are not abundant but in the end you are full and happy with the sensations experienced. The chef's creativity is also worthy of praise for her personality.

Niente da dire riguardo la qualità e ricercatezza dei piatti presentati, ma le porzioni sono così misere da non riuscire a gustare e capire a pieno le varie portate. Dopo le 10 portate del menù degustazione avevamo ancora fame... Ottimi i vini proposti dal bravissimo sommelier.

An enchanting place in an atmosphere of great tranquility. My wife and I had dinner and slept in the rustic house. Excellent cuisine with dishes with strong but refined flavours. Great attention to the typical nature of the place, both for the dishes and for the expertly paired wine. Breakfast in the morning is a must: sweet, savory. It alone would be worth the visit! Extreme kindness and sympathy. It is an experience worth having, possibly staying overnight so as not to lose the magic of the place. Thank you Antonia, thank you all. We will come back for sure.

I gave "our menu" as a gift for a special birthday and the experience was truly special. The initial presentation of the menu ended with the wish for good fun and I really liked this spirit which accompanied me throughout my stay. The food is unique and indescribable. It's about savoring and experiencing new sensations. I'll be back!
