Wow. Best restaurant we've eaten at in the last year. The chef is a genius, with unique, beautifully balanced dishes like nothing we've ever seen. Wonderful use of vegetables. You'll wonder how it's possible to create such a delicious dish from just soaked bread, or why you've never had parsley for dessert... excellent service and excellent pairing with local wines.

The place is nestled in the countryside, amidst silence and greenery.
The welcome is kind and attentive. Chef Antonia is evident in the kitchen, preparing each dish with extreme care.
The common thread is the bitter taste imparted by various ingredients, from the prized tea to the wild herbs, which they know and combine with the utmost skill.
I enjoyed each dish.
You can see the search for the finest ingredients, for foods that were almost lost, and the valorization of others that are less valuable but made fantastic.
They also took great care to address my husband's lactose intolerance.

A true gastronomic experience. An open window from which to admire technique, attention to detail, and respect for the customer. I tried our menu, a very balanced and interesting experience, where, in my opinion, you can experience the extreme technical mastery in the management of bitterness in all its nuances, resulting in a meal that is always tense and stimulating, not only for the taste buds but also for the mind. Volevo mangiare qui da due anni. A parte MasterChef mi aveva intrigato assai la lettura di un libro della chef. Qui, se non sei della zona bisogna davvero volerci venire, ma l'esperienza vale il viaggio. Ogni piatto un sapore strano, un erbetta, un accostamento impensabile, ma provato e riprovato per trovare il giusto bilanciamento. Brigata giovanissima, sala molto rilassante, porcellane meravigliose. Vini in abbinamento che nel nostro caso erano tutti di territorio e molto buoni.
