Proprietario gentilissimo. Locale con vista sulle cave di Colonnata. Servizio semplice e fai da te. Ordini e poi vieni chiamato al bancone a ritirare il piatto pronto. Si instaura subito un rapporto cordiale con i proprietario molto gentili e disponibili a descrivere i vari cibi a disposizione, con particolare attenzione a fornire indicazioni sugli ingredienti dei cibi, per chi come me ha problemi di salute. Noi abbiamo ordinato gli sgabei ed un misto di formaggi ed ovviamente lardo. porzioni abbondanti ed il proprietario ci ha poi fornito dei sacchetti per portare via il cibo non consumato. tutto buonissimo ma le porzioni erano decisamente abbondanti. Ho capito che la gestione è a conduzioni famigliare. Tanto di cappello. Ah ovviamente abbiamo acquistato il lardo (buonissimo).

we had a really good time! Fresh and very tasty products and care in the preparations. Recommended place for a snack/tasting with local products (including their own production) at fair prices. P.S. we were a company of 25 adults and children and we ate in more than reasonable times!

Petite boutique dans ce minuscule village perché ou l'on trouve des sandwichs au lard de Colonnata et tomates à vous couper le souffle. Tout y est l'accueil, la petite boutique typique et la bonne nouriture. Attention la montée au village il y a beaucoup de camion cause Carrare juste à côté A faire si vous passez dans le coin

Good focaccias for 5 euros with laddo, lard cream and tomato. Platter of cured meats for 25 euros and bag of stools for 5 euros. All good. Slow service and no table service

Place from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. The charcuterie boards are excellent.

Best Lardo in town. You will need to park on a special parking lot then take a small bus to the town.

Extremely enjoyable experience, staff is just happy to serve you and explain what to enjoy :). The food is fantastic the mix of tomatoes and the delicatessen from town is just magic.
